Best Western Cedar Inn & Suites

Quaint & Comfortable! My family and I enjoyed our 2-night accommodation at BW Cedar Inn & Suites. We were pleasantly surprised at the enormous size of our upgraded 2-room suite! The unit was esthetically pleasing and recently remodeled. The bathrooms were spotless w/no mold to be seen -not even in corners of the shower. The housekeepers were kind and always greeted us with a cheerful smile! The scents, both in our rooms and interior corridors were fresh, inviting and clean -this means a lot when returning from a long hot day visiting the sites. Every morning the pool cleaner would happily greet us as we exited our room -a genuine display of old fashioned hospitality.

Although the breakfast choices were fresh and acceptable, we were hoping for scrambled eggs and waffles.

This Best Western was a lovely option for our group of 10 hikers. We came to hang out in Murphy's, do some snowshoeing, and visit Calaveras big trees and this was a good location for all of those things. It was the most reasonably priced accommodation for our group. We enjoyed the easy check-in, the plentiful breakfast options, and the clean rooms. The beds are not the most comfortable, and the blankets are a little bit thin, but for a budget accommodation, this is pretty great.

The mattress was a little springy, and the blanket was very thin.

This hotel is adorable. We will definitely use it again when we are back in the are. The rooms are clean and the staff is outstanding! Both checkin and checkout were smooth. The breakfast smelled incredible. Wish we would have had the time to have some. The pool looked awesome. Very clean! I left earbuds in the room and the staff called me to let me know. I was too far away to return for them but really appreciated the effort!

The location was absolutely perfect and my husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper’s are top notch. A great breakfast selection as well. Last but not least, an extremely comfortable mattress to sleep on! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area and will recommend to friends.

Great value with breakfast included at a central location. Kids really enjoyed the room and the accessibility to the parking lot was wonderful. Wish we got a chance to spend more time at the hotel. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the trip for both kids and adults.

Beds were uncomfortable for both nights and very firm. I did wish we had a bathtub for the kiddos but I didn't specifically request it so that was on me.

Stayed March 24-27. I really enjoyed the hottub! I love how clean this site is, and the staff is always amazing! Breakfast here is AWESOME! Loved the waffle toppings and the biscuits and gravy! Yum. Loved our balcony door and used it to keep our room at the cool temperature we enjoy

We didn’t have breakfast there. Love the location. Front patio and view of the pool were nice. Had a big, beautiful, room with jacuzzi tub. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Saul. Will definitely come back

Had a broken toilet seat. Was cracked all the way through. Was told someone would be sent in the morning to fix but no one came. We didn’t make a big deal of it though. View out of the back window was residential backyard that is probably kept better in warmer months but not so much when it’s cold.

Free breakfast is very nice. A decent selection with waffle makers. Bed could have been a bit firmer, but I slept well.

I wish the bathtub would have had the non-slip stickers in it, as I almost took a nasty fall when I slipped init trying to take a shower.

Liked the king size bed, the easy chair in the room, the waffles in the morning.

Didn't like the tiny pillows on the king size bed, the tiny round toilet seat, the cheap thin toilet paper. Only having one comfy chair to sit on while watching TV. Wife and I kept fighting over it!
