Wildwood Inn

Fantastic, location is perfect to enjoy the beautiful little town and surrounding area. Lovely manager and the room decor is nice. Its a basic motel, so basics only, but great TV, streaming options. Really nice.

My only note on this nice little motel is the beds are not too comfortable, pretty hard. I'm sure its on their list of things to improve, but as of this writing, a day after the trip, my back is not too happy. But if you like a hard bed, then its for you. A little cushion would go a long way.

Located in the heart of Twain Harte. Walk to several favorite restaurants and close to Dodge Ridge without worrying about having to dig out of snow.

Wish the hot tub was open for after skiing.

Wonderful little gem! Our host was too kind! Sadly, my daddy and I woke up with the stomach virus that two of our family members had already fought two days earlier. Thankful for this quaint little town and it's Seven Eleven and cafe within walking distance for soups, crackers and gatoi! My husband and kids even walked to the putt-putt course. The owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home! I can not thank them enough. I definitely will stop if I'm in the area again.

The room was so cozy and I slept like a log on the comfy bed. The room was very clean. The hotel is close to everything in Twain Hart. The evening was quiet and we watched several families walking and enjoying the snow cones from the shop nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early due to an illness but we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

1) Staff - Chris was friendly and helpful with local suggestions for us. He was also able to get me checked in after hours due to a flight change. 2) Price - affordable price for a week in this area. 3) Location - downtown Twain Harte has several restaurants and activities nearby. Wine tasting next door is fun! Sonora and Columbia are major destinations only 15 minutes away. Yosemite is about 2 hrs away which was the purpose of our vacation. Not a bad drive given most of that time is going through the beautiful mountains. 4) Mini fridge and microwave - This was an unexpected surprise to have these. Very helpful for staying here for a week to be able to keep food and drinks cold and reheat leftovers. 5) very clean

Excellent location. You can walk to everything practically in Twain Harte. Love the community. Quick drive to just about everything you want to see.

Had a bit of a toilet issue, had to jiggle the handle, but made note of it to manager who quickly requested for it to be fixed. Our friends also had issues with the heater buttons not working and just as before it was promptly addressed.

Great value for a clean, comfortable room, making a two-night stay affordable. Quiet, off-highway motel. Made a great base for our loop drive up to Sonora Pass and back through Ebbets Pass (with a little side trip to Travertine Hot Springs)!

I have mobility issues. I requested a first-floor room and received a message from the Inn saying my request would be accommodated. This was not the case when we arrived. The stairs were a painful struggle for me.

Nice inn in a small town, I spent one night on the way from Yosemite to Vegas via Sonora pass. Owner was very helpful.

I had late arrival and unfortunately there was a mishap with my room not being made up or cleaned after previous guest. Owner arrived quickly at reception and moved me to another room, so problem was quickly fixed.

Very clean, great location, much better then most of Inns. It was also very quiet even though it was full. Beds were also very comfortable. New TV. Walking distance to multiple restaurants

Some parts of the room needed attention - the panel on the heater was broken so it was hard to operate, toilet took forever to fill up after flushing.

Check-in was CRAZY easy! My reservation was prepaid, so I got my room key with no fuss, no hassle. 1 minute checking! The room was cleam and heated up quickly.

The bed was a little firm but not bad. Pillows were very flat, literally the only less than great observance .
