Right after checking in, they send to a person who wants to sell you a timeshare. Television in main living room did not work. They sent their maintenance man to check out the problem and said it was a cable company problem and that he would submit a work order to have it fixed. We set a time of 5 pm the next day to be back at the room for the cable guy. The cable issue never got fixed and we were never even given an update on the situation.

we enjoyed everything at the resort, the wineries, Murphy’s and Arnold! can’t wait to go back. I was charged an extra $28 that I don’t know what for, but I paid it!

I loved everything about property, but beware of booking dot com they will say it’s Guaranteed and it’s not … it’s threw a third party timeshare and they will tell you timeshare holders come first and u could get bumped off reservation, booking . com will swear it’s guaranteed but if u call the time share or the third party Extra holiday they will tell you that reservation is made but not Guaranteed

I was quite pleased with my stay at World Mark. The location was great. It was close to the attraction sites and places we needed to visit. The one bedroom suite was big, clean, comfortable, and was just right for my family of four. They did try convincing me to attend a meeting for becoming a club member with a price attached. We just declined nicely. We'll definitely stay at WorldMark again if we get the chance.

The condo was spacious and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. With Covid restrictions, the staff did a good job with check in and social distancing protocols.

Overall the staff was super friendly, but a little passive-aggressive about check in and check out. We had asked for an early check in and were given the run-around about when the room might be ready. In the end it was ready 30 minutes later than usual check in time. Upon check out, I asked for an extra hour. The woman granted it, but indicated she could lose her job for that (which did not feel very good to hear). Also, water pressure in upstairs bathroom was VERY low.

Check in was very chaotic and confusing. Waiting in your car yo be checked in while others drove up and were checked in first was beyond frustrating. In addition to tremendous work of the staff to accommodate the check in was not efficient. This needs to be eliminated

Four senior ladies escaping town to play bridge and walk/shop town of Murphys. Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Only 1.25 hours from our home.

As seniors, the toilets seemed a bit low and a handrail would have really helped us to 'get off the pot.' haha Few amenities in the room, but perhaps that is because of the C.virus. No card table available. Extremely difficult to obtain timeshare phone number !! (multiple listings were incorrect)

Comfort and cleanliness. Room was large and clean. Kitchen was clean. Bathroom and shower areas were average. Bed was very comfortable. Washer dryer was a great bonus. Two TV's plus DVD player was nice.

Did not know that the complex was part of a member owned, world wide, vacation group. Wyndham. Thought we were just renting a hotel room. Lot of pressure to buy into the organization before we even got to our room. But the stay was pleasant enough to give a listen to the sales meeting. Wish we had known ahead of time but there was never an answer to any phone calls especially when we tried to add a days stay prior to our arrival date.

Clean, very clean

Spas are still closed, which is ridiculous, especially in the large one. Easy to keep people six feet apart there. The small spas should allow one person every half hour. Besides, all spas use chlorine so how will covid survive that?? Come on Wyndham, open up the spas in Angels Camp. Oh, but you can play tennis or basketball here no problem?? Sheesh.

Loved having a patio and friendly dear right outside. Also, loved that the Kitchen comes stocked with all the items we need for cooking. Angels Camp has Grocery stores near by as well as beautiful places to walk. My boys loved the pool and hot tub.
