Issues at first but once l spoke to their very concerning qualified Manager it was resolved. She explained things to me and l was comfortable. She was polite, Hady was very pleasant smiling.what a person want to see when they enter an establishment. She talks to you not at you. But there are a few that are very pleasant. But make your concerns known they will all accommodate you. Remember kindness begot kindness! But they were all good. The Food service Staff are Awesome so sweet and Kind!! Thank you Staff!

It was fine. The floor was dirty. Can tell it had not been mopped. Other than that perfect. Loitering around steps but that was quests fault. Maybe put signs around stairs stating no hanging around any stairwells. Or something to let them respect other guests who's rooms are there. Staff was nice. But l'm nice lol! Needed more towels. Stayed on a friday nite expecting rowdy drunks to start at 2am. At 9pm everything just got QUIET! And it stayed that way. I think I slept better than i do at home. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and high pressure

Bathroom sink was clogged when i arrived and only drained VERY slowly, looked like somebody had trimmed a very thick black mustache and just left all the debris in the sink, kinda gross. I should have called room service but was tired and lazy and not that concerned

Location, easy access to food, gas, and freeways. I particularly liked the fact that I could use my phone to connect to the tv and login to my Netflix account. Wish every motel room has this feature.

I booked a handicap room. The shower apparatus was loose and I couldn't get the shower head to lock into a correct position for me.

This is a well maintained hotel, stylish at this price point. The room features; bed, tv, furniture - all of it was in top condition. The room and bathroom was very clean. At about $60 I felt is was very good value. I will stay here again. Also, its right at the big crossroads for me. Well located.

I rented 2 rooms for 1 night stay and met the front desk person. He was very personable and suggested where to park where there was an elevator closest to our room. The next morning, I was getting ready for work and packed all my bags and checked the room before I left about 6:30am. It was about 10:30am when I remembered I uncharacteristically had placed my fanny pack under my pillow and left it there. When I called the front desk person was the same person I had met the night before. His name was Sushsi. I told him I left my wallet under my pillow and he sent someone to check immediately. They were unable to find it until a half and hour later the housekeeper found it in the linen. My credit cards, DL license and money was all there. I was very grateful and was able to thank the housekeeper and offered her a small monetary reward for her honesty. That meant the world to me and restored my faith in humanity. It could have been a nightmare, (replacing credit cards, DL..)

The breakfast was decent. There was an elevator for top floors. Plenty of parking. Close to freeways.

The location was weird, but ok. The pool is not heated. Not toddler kid friendly. The floor needs to be mopped more..The bathtub looked unattended.

Pool under construction/ and When I did the reservation ones of the reasons why I booked this hotel was the pool but they did not tell me anything about it being under construction.

I heard no outside noise, no car door slams etc., then they had black out shade which allowed you to sleep in if your could.

The elevator needs an upgrade. I am a senior women traveling alone and having the elevator take a long time in opening and closing the door was quite concerning. In the bathroom you have a low boy so using the restroom was tricky. In the future I would need to check out the a disabled room.

Everything! I will book there for now . The best ever stated at and won’t go no where else ! Breakfast was amazing like always . The rooms where awesome and nice to stay I’ll have friends stay there ok
