I liked the location and how cute it was. It was a cozy, quaint little cottage and I would totally stay here again.

It needed more of everything. There was no paper towels in the kitchen, which I found odd and frustrating and the kitchen overall could have used more things since it was a pretty big kitchen. Most of the cabinets were empty. There also could have been more towels. We had to use the same towels for the spa tub and the shower. Also, there was no soap for the bathroom sink so we had to use the body wash in the shower. I’m not sure if this was intentional or an oversight.

Location was perfect. We loved the rustic approach and now that we have been to the cabin, we know what to expect and can pack accordingly. Quiet neighbors added to the ambiance and all the large trees was just beautiful.

Very little small things because my husband is in the repair business, but the sink dripped. The toilet was loose, and the cabin sloped. I absolutely loved the room because it was cozy and had everything I needed.

Cabin was cozy, intimate, and rustic. Located minutes from The Village, but in an area that still felt remote and hidden away. My girlfriend and I were easily immersed into the environment. Check in was done remotely due to construction at the main office, but Cathy made the process easy via my mobile phone.

If I were to be super picky, the only things that would need improvements are the shower head and the hot tub faucet. The shower head was a milt sprayer type of head, but only one function worked. It also was leaking at the connection. The hot tub faucet took a very long time to fill the hot tub. But again this is me being super picky.

It was in a great location. A few steps from Big Bear Blvd. Which led us to a 7/11 store a Mc Donald's across the street was a Big5 and other stores and restaurants. We also took our bikes and followed the bike path outside of where we stayed which led to Alpine bike trail at the North shore. Which was a awesome ride. Took amazing pics. We can't wait to come back.

Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to the drawers in the kitchen and floors.

Located within a mile of the village, the lake grocery stores, but nestled in a secluded patch of woods, the cabins could not be more perfectly located. What it lacks in modern amenities, it makes up for with quiet country charm.

Lack of onsite office staff concerned me at first, but ultimately the check in and stay was seamless and trouble free.

I expected a rather late check-in, so I was really appreciative of the staff who followed up to make sure that we made it in smoothly. More than just professional: they were very attentive and kind, on a level you wouldn't get from a chain hotel, for sure.

A minibar type of situation would've been swell. The cabin stay was a surprise for my girlfriend, so packing the car with wine and such, in a way that didn't arouse suspicion, was a challenge. But that's more of a wishlist thing than a complaint.

Really cosy little lodge, in a lovely location. Has everything you need including a basic kitchen and even a wood burning fireplace. Great, reliable wifi, loads of TV channels, parking space next to my cottage, and it's off the main road in a secluded area so it's really quiet and peaceful, but just up the road you have a 7/11, mcdonalds, dennys etc. Super friendly owner / staff who was very helpful and chatty. Great place!

A minor thing, but getting in and out of bed was like climbing a mountain haha! It was so high!

Very comfy, rustic, and homey cabin. I had cabin #5. I especially loved sitting on the patio at night and in the morning sipping my coffee and reading

The tv not working. No big deal though. I knew in advance it wouldn't be working. Gave me more time to relax outside reading and doing puzzles

The full kitchen, fireplace, comfortable, in a great location. Vert close to everything. It was nice not having to bring linens.

I happened to be very noisy with workers and the noise of jackhammers during the day. The downstairs bed was very difficult to get out of during the night. I had to crawl over my wife and woke her up each time getting out of bed.

So much to love. Stayed in Cabin 1 and it was beautiful; spacious yet cozy. A full kitchen and the refrigerator and microwave were absolutely adorable. Bed was very comfy. Had a great time staying overall.

The recliner wouldn't return its upright position for whatever reason. The thermostat seemed rigged so you couldn't cool the cabin down A/C. The front door has a window covered with a curtain, but you can still through it fairly well at night when the lights are - far too well for comfort. The bathroom door also had a dent in it that looks like somebody kicked it in. Also, each room is separated be a curtain in the doorway, rather than an actual door. This didn't bother me too much, but is something to be aware of. I wrote more in the section, but my experience was still really good overall.
