The staff was really kind. Meals were good but a little pricey. The scenery was wonderful. I loved the security. We felt safe our entire stay!

There were no microwaves in the rooms, but there was one downstairs available for use during certain hours. We had a six hour plane ride plus the drive from the airport to the hotel and was very thirsty. There was a bottle of water in the room that cost $6.00. Other family members were there also and hod gone close by to shop thankfully so we had plenty of water.

Perfect location. Near Los Angeles but tucked away in its own quiet locale. I saw an older couple go out for a power walk at 6 am. I saw two young people get up at 6 am to sit outside the hotel to prepare for their business day. i used the hotel gym as well as walked around the neighborhood for exercise along with other hotel guests. My point is people felt comfortable at the hotel. That is huge!

Maybe the breakfast which is great jumping from $18 to $21 from last October to March seemed a bit steep.

Really liked how nice and welcoming the staff were towards us as a family. Liked how secure it is, you will need your room card to access elevator! Only 15 minutes away from Disney !!

I think more lighting in the rooms would be great! Would like to see pool water warmed up in the future for a better swimming experience! The pillows were unfortunately not to comfy, but that’s an issue I can fix by bringing my own, would still choose to stay here everytime I’m in LA.

This was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I was actually able to sleep well each night. There is restaurant downstairs. The only meal I ate there was breakfast but the food on the buffet was delicious and there were lots of options. The staff was super nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We loved this hotel.

Didn't have breakfast but did have room service the first night. The food was exceptionally delicious. I have several food allergies and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs along with a great suggestions to alter the menu in order to fit my needs. I truly appreciated that suggestion and it worked well, plus it was delicious!

SOUND! We could hear our neighbors and they could hear us. Otherwise a good hotel.

when I booked online, it said breakfast was included. when I got there I was told it was not. The hotel itself did not offer much in food options for room service. I did order a chicken sandwich that was delicious. Salad options were minimal

Beautiful lobby and staff was nice. Great location abd the breakfast was okay.

I feel the booking was deceptive. I was booking a room with a sofa to have a sitting area. When we got there it was a small hotel room. I complained to the front staff about it but they were already booked and couldn't change our reservations.

We ended up buying some breakfast for one of the days we were there and it was great! Super fresh and delicious and the server was very attentive and nice! Also they offer the option for you to log into your Netflix account through the smart tv and that was just awesome! I think for my family this place was the best place we've ever stayed, it worked out great for my 6 month old and my 5 year old, she was happy she got a chance to try out the pool!

There were a couple things i did not like, one being that there was no available luggage carts when we arrived so we had to take our bags up one by one. I believe they only have 3 carts for the whole place so i think it would be great if they got a few more, we stayed for a week so we had a few things we had to carry up and that kind of sucked. Another thing was when we arrived at 3PM housekeeping was still not done getting our rooms ready, I think it would be great if they got a head start on rooms that they know will be booked so that they are ready for when guests arrive.

Location is great easy access plenty of parking breakfast was great to good And the rooms were clean

The front desk staff had an attitude didn’t welcome me right away and wasn’t sure if I was next in line and I try to correct her when a mistake she did on my credit card that she double charge me for the night and I told her that she did make a mistake but she didn’t wanna hear it felt like I wasn’t want it in the establishment basically told me you need to talk to our manager so I wanted to talk to the manager and then she tells me she wasn’t there
