Location, size of room, good customer service, love the amenities

We stayed here last year and gave it a fabulous rating, loved everything about it. This trip, we were given a room that really seemed a little shabby, the carpet was stained and the furniture looked a little thrashed, the bed was uncomfortable for my husband. Thought about changing rooms, but didn't. Still had good customer service, friendly housekeeping, etc. I would stay again; however, I would check out the room before we unloaded all of our luggage.

The property and room was clean. We loved the hot tub and the breakfast was good. We also were pleasantly surprised for the access to Netflix.

When we first got there my sister found what seemed to be cigar butts or poop next to the bed, once we notified the staff they were quick to come and clean it up and do another general clean. They did a good job. The pool could have been warmed a little (but that’s just me).

Nice room, I didn’t realize there would be a full kitchen and fridge! Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast! Nice pool, outdoor area and lounge. Excellent value for the price!

Room was near the pool and pool times were not well enforced, so the noise of loud guests at the pool past 10pm was a little annoying.

Was able to check-in early with an available room which helped a lot because our flight arrived early in the morning and to wait for a 3pm check-in would've been very inconvenient. On check-out, we left some items in the room a few minutes after the noon time checkout time but the front desk was patient and made us another key so we could get our stuff. The free breakfast was great and very convenient. This is one of the few hotels/inns that had a good solution for serving breakfast during this covid situation. Many places just close their breakfast offerings.

Hair stuck in the towel. And one towel had black marks. They were washed but having these things on the towel made me had to request new ones.

The pullout bed was terrible to sleep on. It was so flimsy you could feel every spring in side of the mattress. It creaked every time you moved and caved into the middle. I know pullouts don’t have great mattresses but this one needed to be replaced. This hotel was rated 4 stars. I expect every sleeping area to be 4 star and comfortable. Everything else was great!

I have to say I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was a 1 min walk to In-N-Out. Makes for an easy date night with your partner. Right in front of the highway as well!

Would’ve preferred higher quality TVs but I can’t complain, the price for a night is a good value for what you get.

Could not have been happier. We stayed there thru Booking.com, but needed to extend our stay at the hotel. Our visit was for 10 days visiting family and friends. The room was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything we needed, the outside was immaculately maintained to include the laundry facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly, great customer service. We had to call the desk for two very minor issues, someone was at our door within 5 minutes, a quick fix! Thank you all for a pleasant stay and we will be staying there again when we return from out of state and will recommend to friends.

It was great to have a kitchen, the air conditioning worked - I was able to turn it on and off, not like in most hotels. It was conveniently located.

You should update your photos online. The current ones are deceptive and make the hotel look questionable when in reality it’s beautiful
