Cinderella balcony, ability to watch planes land and lift off, breakfast, happy hour

That my refrigerator had to be replaced. The ice machines were too far away from my room. The beds at Homewood Suites were more comfortable than Embassy Suites. The coffee is third rate, substitute for dish water. How could you serve bad coffee in one of the coffee capitals of the US? The pool was abysmally small, for the size sand number of guests you house nightly. If we can't get assistance with our luggage, why can't you bring back valet parking?

Buffet breakfast with lots of things to choose from. Some trails to walk. Nice view of the bay, the airport and landing planes. Small pool and nice big atrium. Large rooms

Check in at around 9pm was fairly slow because there was just one person at the desk. Hotel in general seems a bit old. No chance to eat something later in the afternoon (we did know that but it could be bothering)

Just as the picture, the lobby is beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from, for those with picky eaters.

Their was no conditioner in the bathroom. Mid shower I went to reach for it and the bottle was empty! Which led me to believe my room wasn’t properly cleaned for my stay… The parking is $39 which is quiet expensive especially considering theirs so many parking spots available and other hotels charge way less $7-$15.

Location convenient. Pool beautiful and the atrium was awesome!

The carpets were wet...just cleaned?? why?? The "double" beds were really small for 2 people! Front desk called them queens by accident...yep...definitely not queens! I slept on the sleeper sofa. No roller beds at the hotel...huh?? The tub was a bit beat up too.

As it turned out the breakfast was much better than what I thought we'd be served. In fact, there was quite a large array of breakfast foods, some of which were beyond the traditional American breakfast fare.

However, the quality of the food was fairly mundane, and there were no easier discerned directions on how to actually get served, and where the main items were located. This might be because of the severe restrictions imposed by the COVID pandemic, but it could have still been much easier to 'navigate' through the disorganized breakfast array of various food stands and tables used in providing an entire breakfast menu.

The reception was courteous, professional, and made me feel valued as a customer. The food was good, even on a Saturday morning the omelet station was open for business, everything was fresh, what a way to start your day. The location was beautiful walking trails along the bay with views of San Francisco, and minutes away from good shopping and fine dining.

The room was clean and spacious. The waterfront was fantastic and calm. Burlingame is a small town on the other side of the bridge where we found restaurants and groceries. Recommend highly

Oddly enough it was the only Hotel we stayed at that charged $4.25 for washer and $4.25 for dryer. Almost triple everyone else. Felt like a ripoff

Breakfast was very good, evening reception is good, location is great, staff were very polite and attentive. This is the perfect set up for our large family of 7 adult people (two suites) that includes two disabled people.

The only problem is that the air conditioning in the room did not make it to the bedroom.

Breakfast was not very appealing, standing in line just to see someone cooking eggs was kinda rough first thing in the morning, a buffet would be preferred personally especially seeing the presentation of the food.

No shuttle to Airport, shuttle service was available at an extra charge and a very limited cutoff time meaning I had to wait 7 hours at SFO before flight.

Old, kinda tired looking ….was around when E/Suites first started to build in the area, but despite pandemic, very clean, bed very comfortable, staff very cordial, service prompt, breakfast: fast, good taste, reasonable cost.

All is good. enjoyed the pool….oh…the blower in the spa would not work.
