Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The paid wifi worked well. Room was on the 1st floor and easily accessible. Did have a shower for the elderly ‘ people with disabilities. Thought the shower worked well, the water did flood onto the bathroom tiles. Had to take a towel to prevent it from going onto the room carpet. Overall experience was great.

There was a big storm that night. 1st floor was flooded, and the carpets were soaked. Staff did a great job In sandbagging the area to prevent anymore water from coming in. Thank goodness the water did “not” go into the room.

The location is good near the BART station and the international airport. Shops, restaurants, and churches are within walking distance from the hotel. Laundry inside the hotel helps us during our stay. Breakfast is healthy but should have some choices of fruits.

The bathroom should have a window or exhaust fan. An information sheet or map should be provided on the room desk or drawer to help guests come from overseas. The rubbish bin should have plastic its more hygenic. Need soap holder in the bathroom sink. Shuttle should be included in the room rate as the airport is near.

The location was perfect. We needed something close to the airport. The breakfast was good and we arrived a little early, so it was nice to be able to get into our room without having to wait. There were several wonderful restaurants right across the street, which was a bonus! The staff was super friendly and helpful at the front desk also!

The shuttle hours were so limited, it didn't really help us much. Out of four trips to/from the airport we could only use the shuttle one time.

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable. The shuttle bus was great for getting to and from the airport.

Breakfast was the only thing that could have been better. prepackaged supermarket foods, plastic utensils and paper cups were disappointing.

The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. I thought it would just be a continental style buffet however; on offer were scrambled eggs, hot porridge and a variety of breads including bagels with cream cheese. Good coffee as w The location was excellent with the village of Milbrae offering shops, cafes and restaurants within very close walking distance. Trader Joe's nearby. My room was clean and a good size.

We checked in the hotel in the early hours, but the guy on the desk was so quick and made it very easy. Giving us a room just down from the breakfast hall. They also gave me 1 more extra hour for free to do a late check out. This hotel is right by the airport and around a 10 min taxi ride or use their own shuttle for $7.99

The breakfast offering was OK, not amazing. It was still going at nine.

There was no coffee left then we came down a little before nine. Extra fee for parking. The TV in setting area couldn't connect to programs while the one in bedroom area was fine.

Breakfast is very plain. It could be made richer by just adding one or two sides.

Our room wasn't replenished properly during our stay. They only added new towels. Beds weren't made, and they didn't leave enough tea/coffee.

The staff especially the front lobby was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We were able to do early check in so my elderly friends can get a nap in and not be cranky scrooges. You don't want to deal with pissed off old people who no longer give a damn. Lots of nice places to eat and walk. Great for foodies like me. Eat and walk it off. Eat some more.

The pool was not open. Parking should have been included in the price. Or at least add the price of parking into the rates so I don't have to get charged twice. One of our cars (we were a large caravan) had the Thule cargo box on the roof. It couldn't fit into the parking garage. Luckily, we were able to work out a solution.

The location was great. It was close to the airport, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. I just hope the breakfast should have been better with more selections instead of just eggs and sausage every day.
