Loved breakfast setting, small but great quality. The outstanding friendliness of the breakfast staff, made the start of the day joyful and happy. Friendly and supportive receptionist staff and management, we had a misunderstanding with the parking fees and they were quick to fix the issue in a very positive way. Kudos to the room service and maintenance team, extreme cleanliness in rooms and overall facilities (from gym, pool, laundry). Great location, by Millbrae Caltrain, and close to SFO Airport (but zero airplane noise!!), high speed free internet and access to Netflix (if you have an account). Pet friendly, it comes with an (understandingly) extra cleaning fee but it's great being able to have our dog with us. Oh and the open spaces to socialize, cool or chill with a glass of wine are awesome too!! (though I hope people won't read this, and they will remain uncrowded ;-) )

The corner room facing rollings / crossing has in my view excessive traffic noise during the day (compared to what we are used to, as we don't live in the city, now if you live in a bit city noise is normal levels) Having said that it is quite peaceful at night, so no issues sleeping. :)

This was a great stay, but the hotel had only just opened. It was comfortable and convenient, right by the BART station, great view of the airport and yet still quiet.

The hotel had only just opened its doors for business so a few things weren't properly finished/organised - staff not clear on how to call a taxi, etc. The introductory price offer was great but rates might not be so good once this offer ends.

The breakfast was great - a good range of healthy and less healthy items, and it was included! The rooms were really well kitted out, and the kitchenette was well stocked and very useful as the area is still being developed.

Being picky - as the area is being developed, it would have been useful to have a few options for finding evening food options. There are a lot of them in Downton Millbrae - a 10-15 mins walk away.

The staff were superb and really looked after us. Efrén welcomed us warmly with water and gave my children snacks and helped answer my questions.

The breakfast end time at 9am meant we nearly missed out on the first day as there wasn’t enough food by the time we arrived. It was much better when we went a little earlier on day two.

It's completely new and high standard, very good beds. Rooms also have a small kitchen, fully equipped. Sound insulation was good, quiet at night.

It's a new area, so there is nothing there. No shop, no restaurant - you need to walk outside of this area to access something. The Millibrae station is there, but the trains run only every ½ hour.

Exceptional property in a prime location, convenient to SF airport as well as restaurants and other stores. The beauty of the property, the feel of home away from home and the friendliness of the staff makes this a great option for any type of travel.

clean modern facility. welcoming staff. great location— near airport with great choices of restaurants within 2 miles radius.

no airport transportation, but BART is nearby.

rooms are very nice

staff were not polite & not cooperative. even no vegetarian option in breakfast. no room Make up even though requested. no changing of bathroom towels.
