Loved the view of the planes taking off and landing. Also, I liked the shade that rolled down to cover the entire window and block out the light from outside. I liked that there was a microwave in the area where the vending machines are. And the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient.
I didn't like the very high prices for things like water, milk, and snacks. The refrigerator in our room had problems. There was a puddle of water at the bottom. The bathroom lacked convenient places to hang towels and the faucets/fixtures seemed like they were about to break.

Stayed there for a work dance competition event. Have stayed at this hotel for two years in a row, love the staff, and very nice hotel. We came in and cleaned on our own just in case, Clorox wipes came back clean. Shared the room with a friend and we both brought our own blankets when they cleaned our room they even made the bed with our blankets separate by each side. They have like 6 elevators so the wait is usually short too.
The wifi was kind of back and forth, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. Also should note you pay $40 per night for parking. Parking in the parking garage can be kind of crowded but that is also because we stayed during a very big dance competition. I paid around $250 a night and I still think that is a little high.

Loved the pillows, and the beds were super comfy!The location was great and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Uber was readily available. Close to airport with free shuttle service.
The gift shop was closed at odd times during business hours. And the pool was not heated and a little dirty. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and an outlet by the full length mirror.

Property looks nice inside and out. Check in was fast despite many guests arriving at the same time. I ordered a seared salmon salad for dinner and it was good.
I stood on the sfo airport curb for the inclusive shuttle bus for 30 minutes and then the shirt us made several stops enroute to the hotel so the journey was 60 minutes. I was tired as I had just arrived from Switzerland so this was not appreciated. Not sure I will stay there in the future due to slow shuttle service.

the room was nice and in the right location . House keeper was great ! Heater never worked correctly we had to keep it on 78 or it wouldn't come on at all we told front desk . The front desk sent maintenance and maintenance said we had to keep it up to 78 tp have it come on . so the room was either to hot or to cold .

The bathroom smell so bad after the cleaning because they didn’t use good cleaning sanitizer. Smell like old mop in our bathroom after the room service. We were very disappointed on the hygiene of the cleaning tools that they used.

Do not like having a sliding Barn door on bathroom. (Prefer regular door that closes, esp when sharing a room with someone!) Room door to the hallway was very heavy, creaky, closed very slowly, then slammed shut! Other doors in the hallway slammed shut and shook our door during the night. Shower floor leaked water onto bathroom floor (handicap accessible room).

The rooms were very dark & there is a path light when you get up to go to the bathroom so you can see where you are going.
There isn’t a way to control the room temp. I turned to 65, but there wasn’t a cooling system to lower the temp. It was very hot & stuffy.

staff in the restaurant were nice
The driver of the shuttle bus did not turn up on time, we even check with the counter before we go out to wait. Driver went to REST. We ended up calling uber by ourselves in the midnight. It was a bad experience, being an airport hotel, shuttle to airport is one of the most important service.

the atrium place is wonderful! room is very clean and big. The front desk staff very kindly responded to my concern with COVID transmission (central controlled AC is safe here) Delivery is allowed, except that breakfast deliveries need to be picked up from front desk
the windows are sealed, no chance for fresh air ventilation, water pressure for shower is very weak (maybe because I live in 8th floor)
