This place exceeded expectations. It was spacious and so comfortable. It had everything you needed while staying. It was a two bedroom and two bathroom condo. The master shower had 3 shower heads to choose from, which was a nice surprise it also turned into a sauna if you wanted to use that feature. We were the only people there this weekend, so we got to enjoy the pool and spa all to ourselves. The front desk people were all amazing and super nice. Felipe, the maintenance man, was super nice and helpful when we needed batteries for the fan remote. I would love to stay again and would recommend it to everyone.

Nice and clean.

1. Assigned parking spot could not fit our forester with cargo container on the roof, we had to park on unmarked area which was available since resort was not too busy. 2. CO2 alarm started chirping during one night probably due to low battery. I had to disconnect the unit from the wall and take off the battery. Once requested to fix, it continued to chirp again after they “repaired” it. Had to disconnect it again. 3. Last but not least - in bathroom hot water pouring from the faucet was of white color - almost like milk. Interestingly, hot water was not like that in kitchen and another bathroom. It was not clear what that substance was.

Room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in and that was soooo nice! Everything was newly remodeled and very updated and made it so comfortable and inviting. Loved the outdoor hot tub as it was very clean, but didn't smell chlorinated and was not too hot! Most nights it was just my husband and I out there.

Hot tub safety handle needs to be replaced as it is all torn up and looks tacky. I did let the staff know about that. That was really my only issue. Otherwise it was stellar and we would stay there again! Property was extremely well-maintained.

Incredible value for a comfortable, spacious apartment with a heated pool in the heart of Palm Springs. We had a 2br suite and it was nicer than some short term rentals we’ve stayed at before. The kitchen was stocked, the sheets were clean, and it really felt like a home away from home. The AC was great. We loved that our apartment was in the back by the smaller pool which is not as deep as the main pool. The walls are very thick and we never heard anyone else, even though we were visiting while there was a festival going on.

Breakfast is not included. , however; the full kitchen with all kitchen wares are very helpful and convenient. We have a kid. Cooking the food that he usually eats at home, makes him comfortable during stay. There are 2 bathrooms in our unit. They are clean and full equipped. One bathroom has bathtub. The other has full shower system. There are many drawers and big closet. We are very comfortable with it. The living room has 3 couches in different size. They are comfortable. The TV screen is big enough to view from dining table and living room together. There is a cozy fireplace by the corner as well. Balcony has a grill, a table with chairs and 2 beach chairs. It is spacious with nice view outside.

Our parking spot is a little far from our room entrance.

Spacious and comfortable accommodations with a full kitchen and all the necessary trappings. A grocery store is just 2 blocks away (not walkable) and it’s open late. The main pool was pristine and well managed. Staff are friendly, and we had a great time.

A second pool on property was also clean, but looked like it got some hard partying use the night before and wasn’t clean first thing in the morning. Would have liked being able to access towels closer to the pool and not at the front desk, but that was a minor issue.

We had a one-bedroom 'villa' right next to the pool and hot tub. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Polo grounds. I liked everything about this place: --Less than two miles from Palm Springs airport, this offers just about everything necessary for a great stay, including a patio with lawn chairs + gas grill, full kitchen with many utensils, dishes, pots, etc. even had a blender. --Spacious bedroom and living room, and two full baths. --The bathrooms/showers are nice!! --The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed. --Staff was extremely attentive, and grounds are beautifully maintained. --Loved the outdoor table tennis set up and tennis courts. --Laundry room price is good, and dryers are nice and hot. --The views are incredible!! Even at night!!

There was no breakfast, was there? We were never informed of one if there was! Nice swimming pool, Conveniently located. Easy check in and check out Quick response on request for towels. Nice large balcony that felt private. Reception ladys very helpful

Sofa bed highly uncomfortable. No metal trays for reheating pizza. No teapot. Not enough recycling opportunities Bed in bedroom a wee bit too high for short people. Sound of air conditioner too loud at night.

Everything was great, we really liked the apartment . Spacious and clean.

When I was checking in I asked if I can have a closer room to the pool and the reception lady didn’t even take that into consideration, she put us basically where she wanted us. She could have said I’m sorry those rooms are booked or something like that she ignored me. I asked for 1 extra pool towel and my request was denied by the same lady.
