Clean, friendly staff, good sized rooms. Love that the rooms have electronic shades for the windows.

With so much counter space in the living room, it baffles me why they chose to put the microwave under the TV in front of the bed, 2 feet from the floor, and the refrigerator in the bedroom area as well, when there is so much exposed empty spaces in the living room. It was also awkward to hear a supervisor bully a female staffer telling her she had no choice but to work back to back extended shifts during Labor Day weekend. So much for professionalism. The Passionfruit, mango, guava beverage has this after taste that’s hard to describe and is very unpleasant. Be sure to skip it when getting breakfast. Elevators are slow, slow, slow, so be patient.

I appreciate the hot breakfast items (scrambled eggs, hot oat meal, waffles), and the variety of yogurts, pastries, and cereal. It would be nice to have additional meat items other than bacon such as link sausage or patties (and even non-meat items), and more variety in the fixings for oatmeal (fresh fruits such as chopped banana and apples which are already available on the counter, and cinnamon, etc.). The breakfast is more than what is offered at most hotels, so I'm grateful for what is available, but I think these suggestions would be an additional star for the hotel :) The front desk person who checked me in was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. 5-star! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and a/c quiet. I'd stay here again!

Breakfast was lovely even for a vegetarian! Plenty of choice and fulfilled my sweet tooth. Cleaning staff are quick and efficient. Comfort was incredible with a noise-free experience every night. Reception was very friendly and asked all about our stay. Best of all the views are immaculate out the windows with views of the snow-capped mountains.

As much as nothing can be done realistically, location isn't the best for most hands-on touristing, most of which required a ride into Palm Springs avoiding a heavy walk every time. Not many other faults can be mentioned other than the fact they gave us faulty keys for the doors upon arrival.

This is my second stay here over the past couple of months. The hotel has been updated recently and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are great, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The staff are the best - always super friendly and helpful. I love the vibe at breakfast and also the well-maintained pool. I also love the location as it's walking distance from a few great restaurants and a gym, and next to a gas station.

The pool area could be a little more inviting, maybe with some loungers, etc. The breakfast was better last time we stayed. It seems it had been cut down a bit.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-kept with plenty of staff onsite to assist. The room was very nice with modern decor and especially the bathroom was very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice and there is a strip mall next door with a great breakfast cafe and an excellent Indian restaurant, which was a great bonus to our stay!

I don't have many things to criticize but if I had to nitpick, then maybe that the breakfast could include more options for folks with dietary restrictions, and that it could be served until a little later. 9:30 AM is very early for the buffet to close. I also thought the elevators could do with an update, being very slow. But given there are only three floors, this is a minor detail.

Loved that everything was centrally located, gas station in the same parking lot. Loved no charge for early check in and later check out. Parking was excellent. Staff was amazing, very friendly and the free full breakfast was as good as a restaurant. Little in lobby store was convenient. Really enjoyed it all.

Wish the pool hours were a bit longer. Kids had PROM pool was closed by the time they got back. Got back at 10:15. Wish the price was a little cheaper. $300 for 1 night.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable,The room had refrig, microwave, Keurig. The temp control worked properly so the room temp was always comfortable. Nice view, sits right behind a gas station for late-night snacks and a strip mall with food.

One of the doors to get to the pool wouldn't let you get back in with the key card, I went out to take a picture, padlock was on gate to pool and I couldn't get back in or even go around

The friendliness and cleanliness of the facility. The rooms were very nice with a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The room was quiet and never heard other people, which is always nice. They have a nice breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am that includes pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffins, bagels, cereal, and a few other items. They have a pool that is heated that my kids enjoyed swimming in. I was very happy with my stay here and from now on I will be looking at staying at other holiday inns and suites on my vacations because of my great experience here.

There isn't anything to write about because there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is everything and this Holiday Inn Express is very close to our condo which is currently under remodel. It's a budget hotel so the accommodations are limited. That said, all of the staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. Although I didn't use it, this property has a very large pool and surrounding terrace. The included-breakfast is a lot better than other budget properties I've used and quite a few guests took theirs outside to the adjacent pool terrace. I've stayed at this property before (like I said, convenience!) and will do so again.

Not your fault — but window was left open a crack and surfaces gathered quite a layer of dust after storm on Tuesday. I didn’t notice it was ajar until after the fact. I think aggravated my laryngitis. I bought a humidifier and used it which helped my dried out respiratory system.
