The condo was large and roomy. The kitchen was well equiped and easy to work in. The lounge was comfortable. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pools were kept at a good temperature and the pool deck furniture was in good condition. The hot tub worked well. The staff were very helpful and charming. It was within easy reach of downtown Palm Springs and it's attractions. The resort had numerous citrus fruit trees and the fruit was free for the reidents to pick.

The decor was a little out of date. The heating/AC was noisy. The dishwasher was noisy and didn't clean as well as it might. It was cold at night and there were not enough blankets in the condo so we had to ask for more. Only one washing machine was working in the public laundry room. The bathrooms need a refurbishment (we had a cracked sink) and new showers. The decor is a little tired and old fashioned.

The suite was much larger than I expected, so much space! Comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms and a semi-equipped kitchen. As far as the location, it was great to be able to walk to the grocery store and shopping center for ice cream. Not too far from the main strip, although we opted to drive most often because of the heat & safety.

The wifi was out for 1.5 days while we were there, it was difficult to work from the room as expected. Not enough shade by the pool, more umbrellas would make a huge difference.

I love the location. It's close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores.

We were in room 453. It's next to Ramon Road and it's extremely noisy from the traffic. There is a noise machine in the room to help with the noise, but it seemed as if there was another layer of noise. The pool needs regular cleaning. There are leaves, hair, and bugs constantly floating in the water. I've stayed at this property several times, and the pool always needs cleaning.

The property is beautiful and well kept, the desk staff and grounds and housekeeping staff are all friendly and helpful. The entire space was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the pools were delightful. Wonderful place and the value for money is excellent. It's also close enough to Palm Springs attractions without feeling like you're in the heart of the busy areas.

The location was perfect. It was close to many restaurants and attractions. There were also a lot of little areas around the hotel to sit down and hang out or eat your food. They also gave us a calender with activities they suggested each day. We did a few. Overall the place was clean, beautiful and a great place for a comfortable stay. I would 1000% stay here again!

We didn't realize the freezer had an ice maker until the last day. I think we could have had a little more guidance with where things were in the room like extra blankets and such. But they did give us a phone number to text if we had questions.

Loved that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms this was a girls trip with my daughter and 3 grandaughters.Love Palm Springs.The front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful.

We needed more towels and we were going to bring the old ones down and get new ones. But we were told that someone would come and pick up the old and bring us new..Staff person never showed up.We went to get the towels our selves.and the staff person was sitting and talking .

Having the kitchen was amazing since I was traveling with 2 young kids. And having the extra space was really nice. Also the covered parking was nice to have with the heat, though my car almost didn't fit. :) And I wanted to say a special thank you to Kenny in maintenance. He came out first thing in the morning to fix our toilet. He was very courteous and kind with my kids. And anytime we saw him around the property he would always say hello and ask if the kids were having fun. That means a lot to a single parent. All of the staff that we encountered would very kind and welcoming. Thank you!

It would have been nice to have a table to eat at outside on one of the patios.

Love the location Think the new activities calendar is great

We always enjoy our stay at this property, unfortunately this visit has some hiccups. I found some kind of unidentifiable “cartridge” in the freezer which caused me a little concern…I brought it to the office but was never told anything about it after turning it in. There were ants in the kitchen and the 2nd bathroom was not properly cleaned. Other than that, we were treated extremely well and had a pleasant visit.

It’s a renovated apt or condo complex. Doorless, lighted one car garage parking or outside parking. Lap pool with jacuzzi and a larger pool (we didn’t go to the larger pool). Our unit was in the 2nd floor, steps to the lap pool (no one used for laps). The unit was bright, clean, new. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking, serving, drinking supplies, cleaning supplies, even paper towels. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of towels. Plenty of pool towels. Clean bbq’s within steps to our room. Beds comfortable. Unit very quiet, well lit, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to CVS and Ralph’s market (it was 117 when we stayed and over 90 at night, so we weren’t walking anywhere). The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great girls’ getaway for me and my 13 year old daughter.

We were there for a cheer competition, so 2 mom's and 3 daughters and lots of stuff. This room was such a great size for all of us, rooms were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing! I received a phone call prior to my arrival asking me my preferences on room location and room type, which was so nice. The check-in was so friendly and nice and I received a text checking in on me and making sure we didn't need anything. We were so close to the Convention Center which was amazing. About 1 mile away. We had to go back and forth multiple times a day, so the convenience of the location was great. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
