Staff was exceptional, helped us with our bags, we were on the third floor. Dovie, Ryan & Anna all were so helpful, especially Dovie. Very positive attitudes and friendly manner. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I was recovering from surgery and was using a cane. I don't remember seeing anything in the information saying- no elevators, that should have been made very clear.

The room was exactly what we needed and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. The coffee is great!

It was a little odd that there were no usb ports anywhere in the room for phone charging.

$20 to park on property. Sheer curtains lack privacy.

Everything was exactly as pictured on the site. We had a 2 bedroom and was pleasantly surprised that it also had 2 bathrooms (thought there would only be 1) This was a great amount of space for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The staff was so nice and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Laundry facilities were nice and clean and the continental breakfast was great!

Only things I would say I didn't like would be there were no big serving utensils to make or serve food with when using the kitchen. Also, the microwave was a little confusing to operate, so some directions would have been nice. Oh, and the bathroom sliding door did not lock on one of the bathrooms. These, of course, were small things and still enjoyed our stay.

The room was quiet and comfortable, we changed our room location, so it wasn't near the train station. The breakfast was sufficient and enough to get you going for the day. The laundry was a bonus. Close to supermarkets, shops and freeways to get you on your way.

A few more kitchen pans etc would've have been good to cook with. For the room price one would think that the parking should be free instead of the $20 USD per day, as there was ample space.

The breakfast was good, especially for a free one. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and grills to utilize. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We loved the fact that the room had a kitchenette in it. The location was also PERFECT!

I think the carpet could stand to be shampooed a bit more. If we walked around barefoot for too long we could notice discoloring on our feet.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting LA. 2 adults 3 kids 17, 13 and 11. Great location, about 20 mins drive from LAX. Nice clean safe area. A car seems to be essential. Not far from shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Manhattan Beach is a short drive away. Nice pool area, parking very close to the building but way to expensive. (A big thank you to the staff who did give me a reduction when I pointed this out, Thanks). Great breakfast, didn’t use the bar and didn't have dinner there. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, arrived from Ireland at around 9pm local time, 5am for us, SIM card wouldn’t work and credit card got blocked by my bank. The staff helped us order food (the old fashioned way by phone and we even managed, in this day and age to pay by cash). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable even for an 11 year old. For us it was OK but for people with young kids or the infirm the walk up the stairs with luggage could be difficult, we were however offered help. I would stay at this hotel again

The young lady at the front desk was kind of aggressive we understand it’s Covid but if we pay for eight people then we should be treated accordingly. I was charged for parking even though my other car didn’t stay. Ryan said We wouldn’t be charge for the second vehicle but was charged days later for two vehicles versus one by the young lady up front

location was perfect for our group. the breakfast was great added value. liked the amount of space the two bedroom villa provided. beds were comfy and property was well kept. friendly and helpful staff.

pool was only open until 8pm. that is an early closing time for any hotel venue, but especially for sunny warm California! thought the restrictions on usage was a little uncalled for given the fact that multiple families and groups were all gathered in the indoor eating space every day.

Apartment-style room, kitchenette with electric stove, fridge and dishwasher. Great location close from where I needed to be. It's a spread out property so finding a room can be tricky. Free parking. Free Breakfast. Room was big enough to separate work from pleasure. Sofa a nice touch. Pool was by appointment only.

As most hotels, room service is not a daily thing anymore. Even after the pandemic is winding down, hotels are still struggling to resume this service on a daily basis. It can be requested once every three days or so. Wish it was daily, like before. Breakfast: The scrambled egg... never saw the egg. It doesn't taste like real egg, but the color and consistency are the same. LOL.
