Great place to stay near LAX right in the middle of Los Angeles for our purposes. We wanted to visit LA attractions and the Parks Disney and Knotts and the location was very good. The room was confortable for our family of 5 with teen kids, the staff was extremely friendly specially the Breakfast staff which made us feel right at home and always accommodated our teen kids uncommon needs. Would recommend this hotel for families since is so confortable and rooms have all the necessities for long stays. We stayed for 12 days there and felt great for our choice of location and hotel.

We had a one bedroom suite. The sofa and queen bed were so uncomfortable. The sofa needs to be replaced. The queen bed needs more padding or replaced. The 3 nights were a torture to sleep per my husband. It was frustrating when we both did not get enough sleep. Considering this is part of Hilton, we expected more as to comfort in our suite.

Very nice. However, the air conditioner should be on full blast when there are a lot of people in the area during the breakfast period. Also the staff should have multiple cleaning cloths when cleaning the tables. Using the same cloth over and over to clean the tables is not very hygienic. Otherwise, it was very nice and clean area. The staff were very nice, helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was about what I’d expect, exception being only scrambled eggs all four days and no breakfast meat on Saturday. Could probably use an additional waffle maker

Luggage carts were non existent, only spotted one once during our 4 night stay. Not sure why the need to charge for parking since a car at that location is necessary. Just build it i to the price

breakfast was a bit of a ‘ Bun fight ‘ , especially at the weekend , kids running amok . It’s NOT in Redondo Beach ! it’s a good 3 mile walk to Manhattan Beach , Redondo Beach itself , is about 5 miles . How it’s given the address as Redondo ‘Beach ‘ is beyond me ! saying that , it’s a nice walk to the coast , residential area, plenty of shops at nearby Manhattan Village , about 2 miles away

This is one of my favorite hotel,I like how clean it is, and that they offer complimentary breakfast.

I didn’t like that when I checked in yesterday the keys wasn’t working and that was crazy, we wasn’t able to use the wifi either. And when we went to the pool there wasn’t any towels. We asked for towels and they took a very long time to provide us with towels.

The hotel and room was clean and the staff was very nice and attentive. The breakfast room always clean and the staff filling everything.

The only thing is that I was having trouble getting my deposit back, they said they sent the money to my bank but still can’t see the return. So, it was a $480 lost.

Room was nice and spacious . Kitchen fully loaded.

Only one elevator. That was a ways from our room. Sonwe rook the stairs with our luggage. A little difficult. Key would not work to outside door closest to our room so we had to wait till someone walked by, or take the looong way around.

Breakfast was basic . Could have been better with more variety . Location was cool and safe

I know California is openly smoking cannabis, but the smell lingers long after a person leaves. I hope we can find a way to have a non smoking pathway. It is great to have a charging station for Teslas at the front entrance of the first hotel, but can we put a different one in for other types of cars?
