Excellent hotel! The room looked exactly like the pictures presented online and was exceptionally clean with plenty of bedding + towels available. The breakfast set up was excellent with a huge selection of hot and cold foods available. Huge thank you to Sergio at reception for being so patient and helpful!

The charge for parking seemed abit unneccesary

nice location, good quality room and size, near shops, mall and restaurant's. we walked to the beach from the Motel. There was coffee and Tea all day in the lobby. The lobby was nicely decorated and you expect the overall quality from a Best Western and that is why we chose this hotel

the breakfast was not bad but could be better. All the items were from a ready to go format where you just have to heat up the food by non kitchen staff. The omlettes seemed to be premade and only heat up. Not made fresh on site

We were in transit and ended up in wait time for 7 hours. we were able to use the facilities and come and go during that time. The free breakfast was convenient for us.

Nothing but plastic plates cups and spoons and nothing in the unit at all to eat with or off (plates or cutlery) but we had a microwave and coffee maker and a couple of plastic cups. Makes you appreciate the fully stocked pantries and cupboards you get at AirBnB. I guess this is a thing in American motels and hotels that we haven’t seen in other countries.

The property had recently been renovated, and was essentially new. The room designs provided lots of lighting, well laid out amenities, and a soothing color scheme. The breakfast buffet included fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and many other amenities, including several varieties of milk, juices, and coffees. Also, the property is located near the beach, and across the street from a bagel and coffee shop. It is closed to other restaurants and a grocery store. Perfect location.

there was nothing unsatisfactory about the property. It was absolutely perfect.

The people at the front desk were very accommodating.

I stayed 4 nights and was told the room would be cleaned after third night. The room was never cleaned and the sheets and towels were not replaced.

We chose to at the Best Western Plus as they had a larger room which was great when travelling with our young daughter. The room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful whenever we had question. We also appreciated the breakfast, the dining area was always clean and food well stocked!

easy acces everywhere, hotel is 20 min nearby the ocean, all the space is clean . the breakfast is bery good. the beds and mattresses are comfortable the staff is kind and helpful

i booked a room with 2 queen beds, i receive a room with a queen bed and a extensible couch.... i was installed at room 119 with the windows to the street so the noise of the night was disturbing.if you can, avoid the room.

The property was very clean, and so was our room. The breakfast was hot and fresh - lots of choices and different options each morning. The night attendant lit the firepit for us in the courtyard when we asked. We enjoyed the cozy feel of the courtyard in the evening and in the mornings for coffee.

The elevator was a bit shaky

We have stayed there many times. It us convenient to the beach and shopping and an easy drive to our son’s place. It is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Good coffee. Very friendly staff at all levels. Very clean.

A little noisier than usual this time. Need a little better towels.
