Staff was polite and all is clean.

They charged us $16 per day for parking at a hotel that's half-empty with an enormous peaking lot. If I had known that, I would've looked at competitors since this affected the daily cost of the room. Tricky.

The room was perfect. Really liked the kitchen area. Very accommodating with towels. Breakfast was great.

What we did like was the staff at the front desk. Very warm and accepting. I really appreciated the young lady who got me and my wife breakfast although we were about 30 minutes late and the staff had already cleaned up the service stations. The young lady got us sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit and insisted as she would not let me leave until we were taken care of. This aspect I really appreciated as we were already late for a 10 AM meeting.

some amenities in the room were a little out dated such as carpet, the bed was cozy but smelled old, the couch was a little off its rocker all the cushions would not even stay on the couch. The alarm clock did not work and the TV we did not know what was what as everything on it was locked. Other than those few things the place is great just needs to start being updated.

Very comfortable hotel and perfect size for. my family.It was also a great location for us to do many differnt activities.The Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I thought the hotel room had 2 Televisions at first which I thought I seen in the pictures but we only had 1 to share between the room and living room area.I also wish breakfast was until 10am instead of 9 because we wanted to sleep in from being so busy on our trip.

Breakfast is good. Room is very spacious for that price. Overall value is very high!

Location was great, staff very pleasant

The parking was not good. Entrances were not working only main entrance. Only one elevator, hallway has horrible smell almost like a smoke scent. Are able to hear the person from another room when they're in the restroom or room in general. Can hear loud music and not able to watch TV. Would prefer a room with no guests next to us if we stay there again.

This hotel has everything you need. A swimming pool, training facilities and a good breakfast. The rooms feels spacious and clean. You have grocery stores and restaurants in proximity to the hotel. Manhattan beach is just a short car ride away. Would recommend this hotel!

Spacious, clean rooms; friendly staff; very good location - close to the airport, beach, expressway

No shuttle; limited breakfast (due to Covid); dirty pool and jacuzzi (it’s a very small area and there’s a lot of people drinking there in the evening with kids running around and splashing water, leaving trash and all they do to sanitize is throw in a bucket of chlorine, there’s a lot of foam in the water yuck)

They offered free breakfast the orange juice was not fresh could taste it had been in the container along time The Jimmy Dean sandwich had been stored for along time as well So the room had a nice size fridge so I purchased items I could warm up in the microwave and the pool and jacuzzi came in handy. The service was great.

The fact that you have to pay a separate $16.00 a night fee for parking which if you stay several nights it becomes a bit pricey and that there are no smoking rooms on the property

The breakfast was not good. Eggs tasted like a plastic toy. However, it's included so I guess I shouldn't complain. Also, $20 per night for parking in that area in an almost empty parking lot is silly.
