I really enjoyed the pools and jacuzzi. They were clean, towels were provided, and the jacuzzis were hot. The grounds were in great condition, clean and tidy everywhere. The condos were well-equipped and comfortable. We ate at the main restaurant, and it was very good. Starbucks coffee and a small market on the property, so if you wanted to stay at the resort and not leave, you could. Perhaps do a small grocery shop before arriving so you won't have to leave.

The registration lobby decor and staff are a bit humdrum, so it did not set a first good impression. After being there a while I was more impressed.

Nice rooms, activity centers are awsome for kids. Very good for families. Pools warm! Extra charge fee per day, fyi!

When came in, front desk very short. Do not like to spend time explaining things. Then we were sent to parking desk, the older gentleman did not feel like explaining things and tell us about activities. We were told to read a flyer. Asked about San Diego sites. The younger guy pointed to flyers. The older gentleman keep showing him his cellphone, during our conversation. No sense of "I Care" at all. Did not feel WELCOME AT ALL!! We came in like 8pm....

The One bedroom room was very nice, very large and comfy

Customer service on the phone prior to coming to the property was horrific!! Very rude woman answering the phone... It wasn’t just me it was about four other people in my party talking on different occasions to somebody on the phone with the same issue!! But the staff when I got there was excellent! big shout out to Ryan and Brittani

The suite was very comfortable and a good size as well as being spotlessly clean. The view over the golf course was great with the occasional woodpecker adding a bit of interest. Great facilities and things to do but we didn't really take advantage of them, wish we had now!

There was an attempt at a timeshare sales pitch but that can be avoided. The kitchen could have been better equipped, It had a full cooker and microwave but only one large frying pan so not much need for 4 rings.

Without a doubt the best thing was the friendly staff. Encountered so many nice and helpful people throughout the stay. Also, the rooms were very clean as were the grounds, the pool areas etc. Was nervous to stay since Hyatt bought them out but the stay was just as good or better than before.

Paper thin walls, neighbors obnoxiously loud. For a place with a kitchenette, it needed more cookware options (example no cookie sheet). Blankets uncomfortable.

The location [especially for a SD staycation] was excellent, the amenities were just what we were looking for, room was nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

1) Pool areas need a few more umbrellas. 2) Some more on-site food options would be good. 3) Room was booked as a "Mountain View" room, for an additional price, but from the 1st floor [basement] unit it was a partial view of a mountain. Not what was expected from the views shown during booking.

easy access. location.

our toilet was plugged in AM. it is hard/impossible to get in touch with housekeeping, front desk or maintenance. was transferred to “engineers”. , talked to one person and left a message. came back at 9 pm and nothing was done. called front desk, transferred to engineers and got answering machine. we had to go down to the office where we were put on “priority” which could mean they would come before 11 pm. husband was mad and 10 min later someone came with a drain. not happy

The pool amenities were excellent. We decided to stay there for the pool slide for the kids and they were soooo happy, especially since there are 2 different slides (not at the same pool but same resort). This place is definitely kid approved.

The bath shower curtain was moldy at the bottom. We have stayed at plenty of resort style hotels and this was the first one were we encountered it. If it was just adults it would not have concerned me, but since we have 2 kids that still take baths i was not happy knowing there was mold there. Also, you should disclose that there is a whole flight of stairs if staying at the Boulder area of the resort. I had requested first floor because I didn't want any stairs because we were bringing bikes and coolers. The flight of stairs made things quite challenging. Thankful you have friendly custodial staff who were painting and helped my husband take everything out of the room when we were checking out.

Parking was ample, the WELK store sold items that we needed and always had hot coffee. The room was ample for our needs. It was neat and clean.

The restaurant was closed during our stay; I was able to get something to eat there on Sunday evening. We used the laundry room and during the wash cycle, the washing machine started smoking and there was an acrid odor [like something burning]. The Farmer's Market was a lot smaller than what we were used to. Our room WiFi was sketchy at best.

The room was clean, our kitchen was clean and fridge spotless. Floor was a little dusty, but we were so very impressed view our mountain villa! Totally exceeded all of our expectations for our spring break. And the view was absolutely breathtaking.

One of our dressers was broken. Not much I can say that I didn’t enjoy or like. Check in at 4p is crowded, plan on arriving early, because there will be a line when you’re traveling during peak vacation times.
