staff was nice and bed cleanliness was also nice.

the bathroom could have been cleaner. not a fan of the community shampoo, conditioner, feminine wash and lotion. anyone could easily open those and put things in them.

The room was very clean and quiet. I was concerned since I was right next to the elevator but I didn't hear much outside noise.

I didn't like that I pre-paid for breakfast which was $15.00 per day and there wasn't anything on the menu that was above $13.00. I also didn't like that my prepaid breakfast was extremely limited to 3 options. I won't be doing that again. The breakfast was just ok. the food was luke warm and the potatoes were not seasoned.

We asked for our rooms to be together and ask for early check in as we had to be at the wedding before 2pm and they only had one Room ready instead of all 4 rooms. So we had to get ready in 1 room… very stressful time since we asked ahead of time and it was not accommodated. Other than that it was good. You’re filled on your property has good food. A little understaffed as we had to seat ourselves and then waited over 20 mins to order our food on Saturday as well.

Location was great, room was very clean. staff was very helpful with early check in/late check out. Will definitely come back next time!

Room was in the part of conjoined room and there was guests in the room next door. we could hear every little noise they made, so it was a bit distracting. I’m sure they were distracted by us, too. Also guests before us must have spilled something sweet, the carpet had some sticky spots.

Well the hotel was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and helped us every step of the way. I was really surprised at how delicious the food was in the restaurant. We ate both breakfast and dinner there and it was really delicious. It was very reasonably priced, friendly staff and really delicious food with generous servings. The room was beautiful and the maid service was excellent. Delicious coffee was provided. Everything was really excellent.

I am a very discerning traveler and I always speak up if something is wrong. HOWEVER, there was nothing wrong with this property. It was really fantastic.

It was clean! The pool and spa were amazing.

The bed was bowing in the middle and I did not get a good nights rest. I tried calling the front desk and room service many times for additional blankets, but no one answered.

Front desk was very nice checking in and out. Atmosphere was very clean.

We found cockaroachs coming out of bathroom sink. The temperature and thermostat of the room. Set the thermostat to 73 got too hot, set down to 72 was blowing cold air. No happy medium either very hot or very cold. Could not get any sleep.

I loved the complimentary cookies when we checked in. They were warm and delicious! Also the breakfast was very good! My family enjoyed it! Definitely breakfast alone exceeded my expectations!

I love it! Highly recommended, paid breakfast included was a great decision. Food was delicious and affordable, staff at the restaurant have 10+ stars. The only reason why I am not giving 100% to my review about the hotel is because of the laundry room. Only 1 laundry room for 4 floors. And only 1 washer and 2 dryer in that room which I had trouble operating due to a sign that said out of order but front desk said they did work. Kind of dirty with a lot of water on the floor and a bunch on towels on the floor, maybe bc of guests coming out of the pool and making a mess if they went directly to the laundry room but still I think maintenance or house keeping can keep it better. I would stay again if I need to, great overall!

location and staff was great, shout out to Donald shuttle driver, he was awesome, we were a party of 12 people going to Disney and he was kind to pick us up at 2 different times, for us that had the little ones, excellent customer service!!!! 😃
