Breakfast very good. The server that Sunday was excellent. Curteous, offered to help and get items not out for service. She kept the area very clean and appetizing. Most impressed with this part as well as the welcome we received from the front desk on Saturday afternoon. Air conditioning worked great! (Old but functioned wonderfully)

Thin bedding. There needs to be a heavier quilt/spread/blanket on the bed. At least in the room. Little noisy for a short time from room above. Great accommodations otherwise.

The room was comfortable as was the bed, and it was easy to find off the 99 freeway. It was also very quiet, as the hotel was less than half full even though it was a Friday night.

Considering the fact that it was not sold out, I thought the rate was considerably higher than it should have been. Also the coffee maker in the room was not working so I let the clerk at the front desk know about it when I checked out the next morning.

The receptionist at checkin was very friendly and checkin was quick and easy. Beautiful grounds, nice pool with chairs and close to shopping and restaurants. When we requested extra towels they came very quickly. We were able to get a late checkout too. Very happy with our stay.

Hot tub was overfilled and boiling hot

We slept in this hotel returning after one day at the Yosemite park being in the middle between the park and San Francisco. Classic motel rooms with everything you need, parking in place and clean enough. We liked it. Also, one of the few places with breakfast included that was good enough from our point of view.

Room at the second floor without the elevator, not the best with 5-6 luggages.

Location was perfect. Close enough to my final destination and plenty of places to eat as well as a grocery store around the corner! Freeway access is a BONUS because many places I needed to be weren't necessarily in that town. The house keeping staff was friendly . Free Breakfast and laundry a definite plus. Would've liked an update on the availability of the pool but as I was on a " reunion " trip , it was really a small issue. Free parking! Woo hoo!!!! I would stay again if the need arises. Pricing was reasonable for the length of my stay and the rooms didn't "look cheap " .

Didn't like that the sofa bed wasn't in very good condition and leaned way down. Didn't like 2 sets of towels for 4 people ( they did fix that). Didn't like they removed the tub mat on the 2nd day,( we were there 4 a week with a toddler, mat is necessary regardless). Didn't like the heavy scent of smoke in our room in a non smoking hotel. Didn't like the dated carpet.

The location was perfect! Right next to convenient stores like Walmart and good takeout places like In-N-Out. The room was really clean. The bed was huge I will be returning!

However, the pool wasn’t heated, but the hot tub was lovely

The remote to the TV was not working. The smell of the room adding freshener to rooms will bring freshness and bring a pleasant welcoming for customers

We had booked the room through Booking.com. When we arrived and checked into the hotel, the hotel hadn't received the communication from Booking.com. After much searching, they finally found our reservation. I probably won't go through Booking.com to reserve a room again - I'll go directly to the hotel's web site.

The room was clean. It was on the smaller side but served our purpose of being in Modesto for a funeral. If we come back to Modesto to visit family we would probably stay here again.

The room was a little small for 3/4 people. But since we just used the room to sleep while visiting family it worked out for us.

Exceptional staff. After fighting the 99 Freeway during bad weather, it was really appreciated that I had a cheery and helpful checking experience. Above and beyond my expectation.
