I liked the decor, room size and it was clean and newer. The staff was wonderful! Loved having a coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and wardrobe so nice. Parking was fantastic and great location! I loved the interior entry to the hotel and there was a luggage cart. So important. LIghting in room was good with the lamps. Smart TV such a bonus!

Only one key worked when we scanned in at our room. There was a stinky odor to the sink and the sink handle was loose (left). There also was no charging outlet on the right side of the bed (facing it). That was an inconvenience. At least a lamp would have been great with a charging port. There were 3 bath towels, two wash clothes and one hand towel. I would have liked more towels, maybe double set. The ventilation in the bathroom was bad. Steamy mirrors even with the fan on and door opened. Stayed muggy for a while. Would love to have a microwave. All just little things, I would stay there again I believe though!

The hosts were very friendly, gracious & kind. We are locals here, but due to sudden home repairs, I had brought my elderly MIL. The managers Randy and Jeffrey were so sweet to & about her. They did their best to make her comfortable. We all appreciated this, as she was not confident leaving home base. The hotel was lovely, clean and reasonably priced, especially for Napa. Our room was pristine. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Our only change would be... the adorable sliding barn door is NOT appropriate for any level of privacy as a bathroom door. Nope. Took several decades to get to stay in a hotel in Napa Valley. Could not have been better.

Comfortable beds, good pillows, spacious room. Looked well taken care off.

The receptionist, she did not make contact, like a robot did her thing !! rude….she was a bilingual person, spoked in fast American ascent, not necessary. we did not need help, but may question is..it’s a plus hospitality wise to help if your client is not a American fellow. She did not care much. No time for listening or asking for a client that was coming in ; hospitality zero …that reduces the most important issue when you show up into any place ….wellcoming!!

Nicely updated and good continental breakfast

Pool/jacuzzi should open at 6am. That way you can utilize it in the morning, have breakfast and take a shower before checking out. I never understood why checkout is so early. You still wouldn’t have it for 24/hrs. I do realize that housekeeping needs time to clean/stock the rooms, but you can afford to hire additional staff so there’s one for each floor. The pool area being open earlier will not disturb anyone and for those he think so can book rooms away from that area. If we’re paying for the facilities I want to be able to do so day/night and morning. There’s a lot of people like me that are up early for coffee and such and we want to use the pool area. Very disappointing and there is no justified excuse. Your breakfast starts at 6am and pool area should be as well.

The location was perfect, as we were visiting friends and family in the Browns Valley area of Napa and in Southern Napa. This location put us right in the middle between the two. We also had our small dog with us, and they have some rooms that are dog-friendly. There was a dog park just down the street.

At one point, we had to park out on the street, as all of the parking spaces were taken (many by customers for the steakhouse next door to the inn). However, we were able to move our car into the inn parking lot within an hour—after parking on the street.

Everyone is nice it's my second time staying wonderful rooms heated mirrors in the bathroom. The shampoo conditioner and soap smell amazing. The bathroom doors are so neat, and the breakfast has a wonderful variety . The staff both times I have stayed have been nice, and always smiles are always helpful they go above and beyond for their customers

That the ice machine is on the 3rd floor and there are no drink vending machines on site

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Napa Winery Inn. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The room we had was modern, bright, spacious and clean. The location was ideal we were less than 10 mins to downtown in an uber. It probably wasn't walkable but we didn't mind that at all. We could not fault anything with the Napa Winery Inn it was absolutely perfect we would definitely stay here again if we returned. Small continental breakfast on offer each morning.

Nothing everything was great.

Pool and whirlpool were great. Jeffrey at the reception was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. Available refreshment during the day at the reception was nice.

Breakfast style - plastic dishes, packaged bread is not what you expect in a good hotel. We forgot slippers in the room and when calling back the same day, we were told that nothing was found.

The room was very nice, super comfortable and clean. The location is very good and the parking is free.

Unfortunately the hotel was in renovation, so there was no lobby and no restaurant. Breakfast was grab-n-go, but no many options. The staff was not very nice and our room was not made during our stay.

Modern, fresh and clean facilities. Very comfortable bedding, like sleeping on the cloud. When hotel owners invested in their guests’ good sleep and design the surroundings with the great experience in mind, it tells about high level of hospitality.

Everything was great. Some people stated that breakfast wasn’t good, but to my taste this is how continental breakfast looks like.
