Love the all day coffee and cookies. The breakfast was a nice touch. I was impressed of the fruits and fresh chooses. My husband went for the wine tasting and and enjoyed it. The setting of the rooms was relaxing and the slippers and robe was very comfortable. The room setting was very nice which over looked the pool. Which we loved.

The breakfast was great but wish had more hot options like bacon and hot dishes. Wine tasting was a great touch but would had more food to pair it with. The pool area was nice but wish it was more clean as often and open earlier. First day was a bit dirty. And can we talk about the resort fee?

The hot tub jets didnt work and seemingly nor did the hot tub filter, which meant there were bugs and leaves floating around. The area around the hot tub could have been cleaner. The pool service was poor -- There were no towels and when I called from the pool to request towels, I was greeted by attitude from the person who answered the phone. I ended up having to call back because they didnt respond to the first request and fortunately the young man who responded (had a bandage on his face) was very helpful.

I was unsure of the location when we first pulled in...But the hotel was tucked in the shade and snuggled beside a gorgeous vineyard! In fact, our room opened up right onto the sunny side of the vineyard itself! Talk about an Instagram moment! The rooms are gorgeous, as advertised, with amazingly comfortable beds and linens. We were invited to a tasting in the lobby and decided to go before dinner. We met delightfully interesting people at the tasting and enjoyed the talk and the wine very much. Some knew everything about wine and travelled the world, some knew a little about wine and travelled the world :) SENZA was my second choice hotel this trip, and tho I don't get to visit Napa very often, I'm sure I would suggest it to friends and stay there again.

The location is great - very private and quiet. The room was spacious and very well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows, and quality linens. We enjoyed our semi-private patio!

To get ice you have to go to take your ice bucket to the front desk and rely on an available employee to fill it - they may be on the phone or processing guests. When we went there was a line of other quests lined up to get ice. Also, the person that checked us in was not very friendly and when we went to check out, although we were standing there they took a call and did not ask the caller if they could hold.

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and spacious, the patio overlooking the vines was great to wind down, huge bathroom with separate bath tub and walk in shower. The extra touches like “wine hour” (free wine tasting from visiting winery) was great.

The rooms aren’t carpeted, so while they look great and modern the sound travels really badly. We were in a ground floor room and were constantly disturbed by footsteps above us throughout our stay, the voices of those above, phone alarm, their music (they weren’t playing it loudly, just the floor has no soundproofing). Request an upper floor room to avoid this (although stair access only)

We enjoyed the comfy bed and the great linens which made the room feel spa like. The large bathroom was great and the shower head had great water pressure which gave you a massage. The bathroom had comfy robes and the Senza slippers were an extra added touch. The grounds are beautiful and really invoked what visiting Napa is all about. Peace, tranquility, rejuvenation and wine.

These were minor but worth telling you about. The toilet paper roll holder was broken in the room and the television was hard to operate. I kept having the select the find channels feature to get the cable channels.

Big rooms, very well heated and comfortable. The hotel itself was pretty. Wine and cheese night was a nice bonus with a simple breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Located out of town so do need to drive 15mins for shops. Was next to the highway but couldn't hear the noise in room so didn't bother us. Rooms could have been cleaner, there were some minor marks on walls.

Location is beautiful, close to a main way but with the water features, can't hear the road noise. Room is spacious is very clean, with vineyards close by our rooms and art structures throughout the property.

Breakfast is basic (boiled eggs, pastries, packaged yogurts), though the mimosas are a lovely touch

Beautiful, very comfortable, quiet, breakfast and wine tasting perfect addition ! We absolutely love this place and been there twice celebrating our anniversaries. Staff is great and feels like the owners really make sure guests really enjoy their stay !

It was quiet, serene, and had a beautiful landscape. I loved the art structures around the property. The staff was so nice. I really enjoyed the happy hour spread of snacks and wine. the breakfast was also lovely. The fireplace inside the dining area and individual rooms, along with fire pits outside, added to such a cozy feel in the brisk Fall weather!
