It was nicely laid out. It had a few shops on sight for light shopping or anything you might have forgot to bring. Starbucks was great for my morning iced Americano. The rooms are clean and roomy. I enjoyed having my own balcony. I rather enjoyed having the little cocktail bar right in the main entry way with a view. Great live entertainment with a small snack menu and sushi, was perfect for a relaxing night in or a cocktail before going out to another restaurant. I had great conversations with not only strangers but the staff as well. Really and over all welcoming and friendly environment.

large room. very clean. housekeeping brought whatever we requested right away. Bar/restaurant had very attentive staff very friendly food was excellent

Some of their advertised amenities were not as stated. knowing about how Covid has limited hours and services I called to check and information given turned out not to be right.

Did not appreciate an $18 per night charge just to park in your lot for something that used to just be part of the total cos5 to stay there.

The only thing that bothered us was the mail situation we had to mail important envelope and we were told to put it in basket .and it was right there where anyone could of tampered with it or take it. We watched 7 people open and close the drawer. So it made it safely to destination but we were scared until we got word

Great pool & pool staff.

No in room water provision (in the desert!). Front desk advised the bathroom tap water was drinkable but it was very cloudy so had to buy our own. On-site parking fee of $30 per day felt quite steep when we could have parked on the street for nothing.

Location, the size of the pool area and the staff in the pool were exceptional as were all staff throughout the hotel.

Our room door looked like someone had kicked it in at one point and the room looked like it was a bit aged and tired but it was adequate. Our beds were comfy.

 Conveniently located, friendly and professional staff, who were helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay, so very clean, large rooms that are smartly decorated and well appointed. Pool area is large and amazing and resort like. I will be returning 100% to this property.

I arrived 3 hrs early and the staff checked me in . Appreciate it. And they have free EV charging for guests. That's a higher savings. I never got gas free ever.

The only thing I would have wanted was some good options for food ( breakfast and dinner) . Very few meals and not an easy way to order. Also they did not have smart TV

Location and bedding.

Hotel is old. Given the prime location im surprised it hasn't had comprehensive remodeling beyond what appeared to be very poorly executed bathroom updates. The entire first floor of the building smells of mildew and most likely has water damage. I wouldn't feel comfortable staying on the first level as there could potentially be mold present.

Close to town. Had a bar and food at the pool. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We plan on returning.
