It was nicely laid out. It had a few shops on sight for light shopping or anything you might have forgot to bring. Starbucks was great for my morning iced Americano. The rooms are clean and roomy. I enjoyed having my own balcony. I rather enjoyed having the little cocktail bar right in the main entry way with a view. Great live entertainment with a small snack menu and sushi, was perfect for a relaxing night in or a cocktail before going out to another restaurant. I had great conversations with not only strangers but the staff as well. Really and over all welcoming and friendly environment.

The property was fine
I did NOT like that when I booked with BOOKING.COM, I booked and PAID for a room overlooking the pool and when I arrived at the property they indicated that the room I paid for through BOOKING.COM was NOT a room with a view of the pool. So I paid (over paid) for a room with a pool view since I upgraded to that when I booked. When I showed the person at the front desk my receipt from BOOKING.COM, He said that happens all the time. I feel that BOOKING.COM misrepresented the product/service I paid extra for.

Best hotel we have ever had a pleasure to stay at..PERFECT
The only thing that bothered us was the mail situation we had to mail important envelope and we were told to put it in basket .and it was right there where anyone could of tampered with it or take it. We watched 7 people open and close the drawer. So it made it safely to destination but we were scared until we got word

The facility was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Most Service staff was friendly and helpful.
Paying for parking. Air conditioner was on the blink but the maintenance man got it working pretty quickly. Only 3 towels were in the room and had to ask for another one but a nice lady in the hall was prepping a room and gave us one.

No in room water provision (in the desert!). Front desk advised the bathroom tap water was drinkable but it was very cloudy so had to buy our own. On-site parking fee of $30 per day felt quite steep when we could have parked on the street for nothing.

Location, the size of the pool area and the staff in the pool were exceptional as were all staff throughout the hotel.
Our room door looked like someone had kicked it in at one point and the room looked like it was a bit aged and tired but it was adequate. Our beds were comfy.
