A very spacious and clean room. I was surprised with having f both a front and back patio. I loved how quiet the property was and almost feeling like I had the place to myself. You’re right next to the downtown area which is really nice. The price vs the value is great, especially for the area! The gentlemen working in the afternoon was very friendly, I believe he was different from the person I spoke to early in the morning. Their texting service was prompt with any requests.

The bed does need to be replaced, it is incredibly soft and worn in on one side. If my partner had been there with me I think we would have found sleep to be difficult due to the mattress quality. In the rooms without the kitchen it would still be nice to have some cutlery in the room.

Pleasant small refurbished hotel and grounds. Mature landscaping with lovely scented flowering trees and plants. Felt secluded, quiet, far away from traffic & noise. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Superior King Room had patio with table/chairs at the room's front and back doors. Our room's front patio faced the pool/jacuzzi grounds. The back door patio opened onto an artificial grass mini-golf alley. Clean room, clean thick bath towels, pool towels provided. Would stay again. A lovely change from traditional hotels.

Did not understand how to get checked in as booking.com did not explain. Expected a lobby/check-in counter, there isn't one. Must get codes online to enter property and room. Once we understood and got the codes, it worked out fine. Was temporarily concerned about the meaning of 'Adults Only', but saw that the property doesn't have facilities for children (the pool area is not fenced). We had a superior king room. Bathroom had no counter space for personal effects. Furniture was quasi ~50's and a little rickety/ couch fabric a little grimy, bed was soft but provided comfortable sleep. If you like fancy modern facilities this is not the place for you. If you like quirky old-fashioned charm you might enjoy a stay here.

Free parking. No need to carry around a key card or wristband. The property sends you the gate code and room code. The room had its own outside patios, one in front and one in back, perfect for lounging around enjoying some coffee or reading a book. Each patio had chairs and tables. The pool and hot tub are right outside of all the rooms, making it easy to go back to the room for bathroom breaks. The pool is heated.The room was the size of a studio apartment. It had a kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, small fridge, toaster, coffee maker, sink, pots & pans, and plates & silverware. Also had a table and 3 chairs in the kitchen. There was a small area with a couch by the tv, and the other side of the room had a king-size bed. An iron, a safe, and a hairdryer were available. The room was clean and the air smelled fresh. Overall, felt very laid back and relaxed.

The bed was extremely soft, making it almost impossible to get off it. The shower did not have a lot of water pressure, but it did have two separate shower heads, making it easier to rinse the shampoo out of my hair by using the handheld one to get closer to my scalp. The jets went out in the hot tub the day before we arrived.

The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The grounds were kept immaculately manicured and the pool/spa were both very clean. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature. Loved all the greenery growing throughout the grounds.

The king bed in the room was just two full size beds pushed together which was a little wonky. The heater/AC system made these loud clacking noises all night long and adjusting the temperature proved difficult. The canned music being played by the pool seems unnecessary.

Loved staying here! The vibes were phenomenal! Loved the privacy and all the amenities! The staff were very helpful and quick to assist in anything we needed. The rooms were super clean. We loved the front and back porch. The pool was super nice as well. Felt like we were at a very high end resort. Super affordable will definitely be back! The location is perfect if your visiting Palm Springs too as it’s in the heart of downtown! We didn’t have to drive more than 10 mins for everything we wanted to do.

1 of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Beautiful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was so very peaceful. Can't wait to come back.

There is no front desk check-in. Another lady was trying to check-in at the same time as me. We were a little confused on how it works. She called the facility to ask for instructions and informed him i too was trying to check-in. He told her i would need to call him. When I did, he was very rude on the phone. He assumed I was rushing him, which I was not, and informed me that he could only process 1 person at a time. I was only doing what was asked. But besides that, no employee contact and my stay was 1 of the best.

I like that it was quiet room.

I expected the trash cans will be cleaned every day. I also was very surprised that there is no reception in the hotel (since my organization booked it and didn’t tell me anything). However, by the end of the day, I think it’s the advantage, and when I am in Palm Springs, I would be happy to stay in BelleVue Oasis again.

No breakfast involved.

Bathroom door hinges were very squeaky. Needs a bit of oiling. Our stay was 7 nights. The original two coffee pods didn’t last long. Neither did the 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. But when asked, staff provided more of both.

We stayed in a recently renovated room! It was nice, clean, spacious for one king-sized comfortable bed. Liked having a fridge to store some cans of pop and a microwave although we didn’t have any leftovers to reheat. I even used the pool one evening ~ nice!

Struggled to work the TV. Weren’t technologically proficient enough to figure out what channels were available to us and missed not having just a normal regular series of channels to progress through.

Quiet. Great hot tub and pool open all hours. Nice little oasis close to downtown, hiking, and the airport.

Check-in is done on a website rather than with a person (unless you pre-arrange to have someone come out) which would be ok, but the website was pretty poor and didn't work great or inspire confidence. There are much better online check-in services they could use instead.
