Float Palm Springs

I loved the entire vibe of the hotel. This was our second time staying there and it was totally based on the on the amazing first time there a year ago that it was no question where we would stay on this particular trip back to Palm Springs. I am a huge fan of the kitchen in our room. We had gone grocery shopping at the Grocery Outlet nearby and brought our food to our room to minimize cost on eating out for breakfast lunch and dinner. This spot is truly an adult paradise with pool tables, games area, a grill, several long tables and benches. Then there are the cutest cabanas and lounge area in the opposite end. The pool is perfect and we spent all our days and night in the pool for a while each day. I am also a huge fan of the contactless check in and no keys being needed to get inside your room. Communication went through text and responses were quick which was great.

We were there from Sunday to Wednesday and our room never had maid service. I understand not needing to clean every single day and really all I would have wanted were at least one set of fresh towels and toilet paper. I text on two days the need for toilet paper.

There was no breakfast service. The location was great; close to downtown and restaurants. The check in procedure was all done via email correspondence with no need to interface with people. The property is well secured and private with access via gate and door codes. Facilities were extremely clean and well kept. This is a quaint old-Palm Springs type place. Overall a very nice stay and value.

Parking in front of the facility is limited and amounts to street parking. No EV charging even though the inn across the street does provide this service for its guest. It’s not a real big issue but would be a nice feature and selling point. It would be nice to have power outlets at the night stands to plug a phone charger.

I liked the size and location of my room. We were right in front of the pool so it was easy access to snacks and drinks while we were pool side!

I was a little disappointed on the lack of pool floats. It was advertised as if there were going to be many different ones but there was only one partially deflated.

We absolutely loved this place! It exceeded our expectations.. did someone say Melrose place? Super cute and private.. the room was everything! Cute studio apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, closet, bedroom/living room dining combo. With French doors that open up to a beautiful courtyard to a view of a pool and Jacuzzi with entertainment of a pool table and plenty of areas to lounge around. A super cute pond of koi fish. They have an outside dining area as well as a BBQ grill if you're in the mood for grilling.. if you are looking to get away for a relaxing or romantic getaway and privacy this is the place to be. You won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up 👍👍 in my book. 👌💯

The property is located in a very quiet location but within a couple of blocks of main streets and less than 5 minute drive from downtown. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The kitchen was a bit dated but nice to have a full size fridge and appliances. We enjoyed the pool courtyard area.

Some areas of the property need some TLC. There is a games area beside the pool courtyard that needs some work. The kitchen had minimal supplies such as cutlery, plates, and no wine glasses. However, there was enough supplies for us, so we didn't need to complain. I'm sure housekeeping could bring you more items if you asked.

I liked how everything was very close. Loved the staff and easy self check in. Rooms were awesome. Loved the 24 hr pool. Super clean The lotion that they leave was super nice, not cheap. Our first room had a private patio which is a bonus. Decor was great. Loved the huge dome chair where me and my husband chilled a while at night.

You have to remember its a 24 hr pool. So some tenants were rudely loud the first night, but the staff once made aware walked the property to make sure it didn't happen again. The jacuzzi jets are being worked on but the spa was still super nice and hot.

Great location away from traffic, close to everything. Fabulous outdoor area with pool, cabanas, bbq, outdoor dining area, pool table, lots of seating. This would be a great location for a group stay. Very cute and spacious rooms with high ceilings, french doors, lots of light, and well stocked kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and stove, mini seating area for eating. I stayed in room 12 at the end. Self check in was easy. Security lights in parking area. Very sweet resident cat. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting.

The ceiling fan/light was not working. Bathroom configuration is a bit tight on space, but serviceable. No stopper in bathroom sink.

The amenities were as expected (Floats, Cabanas, Towels, BBQ, Firepit, ect.)

Are great, its theThe problem this locations has is its lack of organization and accountability. I pre-registered & was sent someone elses Conformation with room #, door code, ect. I had to go to the office to find my info. (Not very self check-in to me). Then they had a problem with my security deposit, even though it had been charged in full since before we arrived. Two of the Float staff were blowing up my phone for the first 3 hrs of my "relaxing" vacation :-( So you see even though the location Is decent & the amenities management or lack of, that screws it all up & causes headaches. The staff that's on site are friendly, but not exactly helpful.

The property was immaculate and well-maintained. The room was comfortably updated with all the essentials: a large king-sized bed, decent size television, and a full functioning kitchen.

During our stay, the pool heater was out, resulting in super cold pool water. However, the Float staff allowed all occupants to utilize the pool next door at their sister property, which resolved our only issue. Fear not, though, as we were told the pool heater would be replaced soon.

🌿The ambiance at night in the courtyard is peaceful and romantic. The bed was super comfortable and the tv had so many free movies to choose from-I was impressed! Our room had a full kitchen with a great stove and large fridge. Next time, I’ll brings some steaks for the outdoor barbecue.😁 An unexpected retreat - we really enjoyed our stay! ☮️

A little dark in front and a bit scary if you are alone out there.
