Great room, like a junior 1 bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room and king bed in the bedroom. Nice mattress. Private balcony in back. Breakfast was great. Lady who made breakfast was great. We somehow got a really good deal $150 or so. I looked and it goes up to $300. I wouldn't likely have booked it for that much but i understand the value. Walked around the property a bit in the morning and it was nice. Very relaxed. Got there around 8pm at sunset. Nobody around. Had the run of the place. I guess there was another guest downstairs but we didn't hear them. Only 3 rooms on the property so definitely not crowded or noisy.

Great breakfast! Comfortable bed and beautiful room. The restroom was awesome.. Hot water and clean toilet. It was an all around great experience. The Vineyard was beautiful and the property is kept in pristine condition. The scenic drive made it all worth the experience.

The distance to restaurants was over exaggerated on my part. Its actually closer than I realized to get food from somewhere. I paid 100 bucks for door dash for a burrito and 3 tacos so don't be scared to drive at night.

B&B is located among grapes and olive trees. Few miles outside the town but close enough to visit a restaurant or other store. Very quiet, safe environment. Cows, sheep and chickens. Many paths to walk and explore. Good breakfast around a long table so guests can communicate with each other. Comfortable room; plenty of space. An ideal location for those who would like to stay, even for one night, in a home environment away, from motels along the highway.

the property is very well decorated, it is clean, bright and well equipped throughout - large beds (which were brand new today) great, roomy bathroom w/walk-in shower. breakfast is freshly cooked an excellent start to the day. a hire round the vineyard is encouraged (~1.5mls) after the morning ritual of feeding the long horn cattle carrots after breakfast. this evening on the porch a couple of deer walked by not 15ft away. there are lots of wonderful beaches and towns close by eg Cambria & San Simeon we loved this place, and will definitely call in again. it’s not easy driving distance from London, England

We truly enjoyed hospitality given to us by our innkeeper/chef. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious both mornings. She was very creative in her dishes. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful. I loved watching the chickens.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the fact we had to go home, back to reality.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was huge and spacious. I enjoyed sitting on the bench window seat and looking out. The room had a lot of extra touches like bath salt for the bathtub. The staff was friendly and we were greeted from the moment we got there. Breakfast was amazing she even made mine with out eggs. My husband and I walked the grounds and talked to the chickens. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Everything. The bed is comfortable, the house is clean and beautiful. I love that we got to do our morning walk throughout the property. And we did a picnic at their garden. It was beautiful.

Nothing. However, my phone didn't get any service so I was using Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling during our stay.

In the midst of gorgeous hills and vineyards! Very quiet and exceptional bedding; very clean and nice bathroom. There was a welcome letter on front door explaining check in, and room location which was up a flight of stairs; since no one at the place was working at 4 pm. Self check in. Vegan breakfast appreciated but the casserole portion was a bit large and heavy!

No glass of wine was offered when I arrived which should have been! It’s wine country!! I would have liked to try their brand…I got an email before arrival saying I would get a small bottle of wine, but no cheese board. There was a small basket of fruit and granola bars sitting out in kitchen- fruit looked too old to entice me though. Hot tea available which was nice. Be aware there is no Cel coverage in house. I didn’t want to eat breakfast as a solo traveler facing off with the only other couple at the table- so I just took my plate back up to my room…better to seat guests apart and socially distanced, especially now.

the interior of the property was very clean and comfortable. Food preparation and service was excellent from Christen.

The property I assume is supposed to be a working farm. Upkeep on property was sub par. This is coming from a person with the knowledge of what it takes to maintain a property like this. If you want to sell the experience then you need to maintain it.

I serve breakfast at a bnb locally. Im looking around to find others who can give guests what they are paying for. Our b and b charges a bit more than eden house but also offers a bit more. I can say that the room was awesome, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Loved the robes and the views from our viogionier room were amazing. The livestock on the property made the ambiance just as memorable. Breakfast was perfect, just the right amount of food and cooked fresh. I will probably come back and visit on another staycation.

I was sad the chickens were no longer around. 😔
