Starting with check-in, the staff is very friendly throughout our stay. The room is clean and spacious. I also liked that there was a bible in the room. Having a refrigerator and microwave are so convenient when you have left-overs. The workout room is well equipped. The breakfast was way better than most of the "breakfasts that are included". It is easily accessed and a great location to tour the region.

I would say that it is all the birds that have made nests on the outside of the building. Our car was covered with bird mess. they said that they are looking for a solution that is allowed by law. Hopefully they find one.

Brand new, modern and functional and right off the freeway

I booked 2 King Suites and was giver 2 Queen suites. The front desk said it's because I booked through Booking.com and they can't change it. They had no King suites left for us. As it turned out, the Queen suites were fine it was just surprising that King suites purchased were not honored.

friendly staff , clean, location, rooms were quiet, amenities and breakfast were really nice, parking was plentiful and well lit, always a house keeper around if you needed anything. loved the birds. except for bird poop, the grounds were very clean. We felt safe, did not hear freeway noise and did not worry about our vehicle. Places near by to walk to for dinner and coffee.

Didn’t like the pillows. Elevator was slow. Maybe a better coffee pot.

Huge room with two comfortable beds, plenty of work space, a kitchen with many utensils, and modern, clean bathroom. New hotel but everything is high quality. Location is off Hwy 101, convenient for easy on and off. Located at the northern edge of town. Great breakfast. Facility reminded me of modern, clean hotels I stayed in Europe. It is designed for multiple-day stays for families with children but excellent for business trips. Facility has a swimming pool and a small but well designed gym. Many good restaurants and coffee shops near-by.

Clean room, modern place. Nice parking, quiet area. Good staff, easy check in. Great kitchen in the room with all amenities. Nice breakfast area. Pool looked nice just didn't use

The power went out and didn't get a hot shower or a hot breakfast. Was really looking forward to a hot breakfast before our long drive. Was not the property fault but did not offer compensation on check out.

The breakfast was amazing. One of the mornings, there was biscuits and gravy. I’m still thinking of the gravy🤤. I loved the kitchen in my room and the welcome message on the television. It was a real nice touch. I also loved the wine tasting event.

Some of the outlets did not work.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and nice hotel. Very large room with everything included. A dishwasher was maybe over the top.

Surroundings could have been more interesting. Breakfast was not my cup of tea mostly waffles and things I wouldn't eat for breakfast. But I am not an American I guess :)

after this property was pre—paid by me, my companion arrived before me by a few hours and was required to show her own credit card in order to obtain a key and gain entrance to the room.. Even though I spoke directly to an employee of the property not to bill my companion, they did indeed debit her credit card in the amount of $474. This of course constitutes a double billing and is not simply an oversight, nut a deliberate act that I specifically asked not be acted upon. My requests were obviously completely denied even though I specifically asked that it not occur

There were a lot of swallow nests on upper floor outside windows on right side of hotel. lots of birds droppings on cars. please move these nests. Otherwise put sign in parking lot to not park in that area.

There were a lot of options for breakfast. I have Celiac disease and brought my own bagels, but I could eat the bacon and eggs. The charging for our Tesla was the icing on the cake. The staff was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. My wife and I agreed that we will look for Home2Suites no matter where travel from now on.

My wife and I couldn't think of a single thing to complain about. Very rare between the two of us.
