SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero

The moment we entered the lobby staff greeted us they were friendly and even joked with our kids. We are a family of 5, and although they were training a young man I think, he checked us in. They offered us a list of places to do. Everything was very clean, and the continental/complementary breakfast was very good, it was more then we thought, a good variety and very clean. Thank you for a good experience. The location was perfect!

Quiet, parking in close, safe for two single women, located close to freeway access so very convenient and close to where we were meeting with others for dinner. It was clean, quiet, had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Friendly service at the front desk! Complimentary breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

The ease of checking in, the genuine nature of your staff to accommodate even the smallest requests, the facility was in top shape as well. Ten plus, plus in my opinion I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel and actually relaxed and enjoyed myself. Very relaxing.

Room is spacious. The fact that breakfast is included makes it so much easier for us to start our day as family. We also loved the outdoor fireplace. Easy to find parking space.

Swimming is a bit small. Room cleanliness is so-so. No garbage bag in every trash cans. I would think that housekeeping is likely not going to sanitize the garbage cans between guests.

Although the hotel is 5 or 6 years old, it still seem very new and carpet in the room looked brand new. Loved our extra large room, very comfy large bed, sofa with small table, and the large bathroom. Facility was nice, although we did not use the pool, it was nice sitting outside with drinks and enjoying a family in the pool. Enjoyed the location, not as crowded as Paso Robles, but easy to reach, and close to the wineries. Snack & drinks were good, breakfast was fair (due to Covid restrictions).

Nothing--loved everything!

Newer construction, very modern. We arrived late, the rooms we booked weren’t available but the receptionist was very gracious and upgraded us, the bar was closed but the bartender allowed us to sit and served us while he cleaned up! very accommodating and nice staff.

I loved my stay at the Marriott. When I arrive the employees were kind and helpful. The room was clean, I was comfortable and happy. I will stay there again on my next visit.

I have no complaints. The manager Marcus was great and I had the best customer service there.

We travelled to visit family in SLO. Hotels in SLO were significantly more expensive compared to this hotel. We were pleased with the value at this location and was a short drive to get back to SLO. Hotel staff was great and the room size was beyond what we expected.

We have been at this location before, and like how centrally located it is. This visit was much better as things get closer to normal with current mandates and events. Got to enjoy more of the amenities of the Springhill Marriot.

Found a blood stain on a bath towel at check in.

The staff was able to let us check in earlier than the regular time and was friendly and professional. We had a drink and appetizer in the bar area. The bartender made us feel welcome and we chatted with him for a while. Great experience.
