I went down to pismo for my 25th birthday and I love how comfortable me and my family were at this room. They are in a nice part of town, walking distance to the beach. This property was quiet and very very clean. They have all of the apps on their smart TV and we were able to watch some cool movies. I also love the fact that the room didnt smell or even gave an impression that it was bug/roach infested like some I’ve encountered in other cities. This was a nice motel overall! Its not a hilton or marriott but the service and cleanliness was up to their standards!! Will book again if i’m ever back in Pismo

clean, close to everything, close to beach for a fair price.

the only thing that bothered me was the toilet. it was hard to get use to. it was a low flow toilet, which is fine but it just took forever to fill up and made a load noise while doing so. also at one point our cards to get in the room were deactivated. also not a big deal, just a hassle. there is no phone in the room either to call to ask for more towels, you have to call from your cell or go down to the office. otherwise everything was fine, the guy was nice at the front desk and the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable

I liked the closeness to downtown, walking distance to beach, the bed was comfy, the lamp was useful since it had a plug for charging, and the TV for down time. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

I appreciated the view from upstairs. On the mornings the staircase is wet (cement steps) and you have to be extra careful, especially with a kiddo. There is a kitchenette, however there is nothing inside..so make sure you bring your plates and silverware. :)

This is a great motel for exploring Pismo Beach. We only stayed one night, but it was an easy drive to where we wanted to go, and looked like it was walking distance from the beach and downtown. The room was very spacious, and the service was friendly.

The blankets were kind of thin, and there was no comforter. We also noticed the kitchenette was pretty bare. We didn’t mind that, since we were only there one night, but if you’re there longer you would need to buy plates/cups/etc.

Our five day stay at the Beachwalker Inn hit all the right notes. Very convenient for walking around town, and there's a great little park nearby too. Perfect for travelers who have dogs. Our room was a bit on the cozy side, but the beds were comfortable and on site owners are responsive to guests needs. Nice cold air-conditioning and refrigerator too. We're definitely going to return to the property.

We got an early visit from housekeeping that could have waited until later. Perhaps a Do Not Disturb sign for the door would help.

Although the room was much smaller than it seemed via the online pictures, it was very comfortable. It was really clean for the most part, but when I went to open the window dust got all over my hand and arm. It seems that, that window had not been dusted in months. Seeing all that dust made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Although it looked very clean, I was still worried so I went out and bought my own sheets and blankets and pillows.

I felt Really tricked by this stay. At first I was presented with a really cheap option, but by the time I cashed out it was almost $700. I can't help but feel a bit scammed.

Location is the best part, walking distance to everything you need. Beachwalker is reasonably priced, king rooms are spacious (only stay in those so cant speak on the other rooms sizes), staff is friendly & accommodating. Not much to dislike about this place. My wife & I stay here every visit to Pismo. Highly recommend!!

Honestly don't have any complaints about Beachwalker Inn.

I liked the space of the room for the two pets and us. The bathroom was large as was the primary room. The desk, fridge, and microwave were great touches. On site parking was good and close access to the beach area.

The upstairs accommodations for the pets was unfun having to take them up and down the stairs was arduous. Should have gotten a first level room with the pets.

The location of this place was fantastic, just a short walk to the main area, beach promenade, restaurants and shops. Particularly close to Old West Cinnamon Rolls which we visited twice during our stay - best cinnamon rolls we ever had! The room was comfortable and spacious, nothing too fancy but as expected. An ideal place to stay at Pismo beach if you are passing through and exploring it on the PCH route. The beds were comfy, the air con worked, all the facilities worked so overall we loved our stay at Pismo Beach.

Nothing, it was ideal for a 1 night stay and I would recommend it for a short stay to other travelers. It was no frills but good value for money.

Staff was great! Very helpful! Perfect location, walking distance to everything! Room was perfect and clean.

I have a big SUV, parking was rough within the hotel parking lot. But there are spots along the street right in front of the hotel that were perfect and viewable from the rooms. So it wasn't a big issue.
