I like where the property is located it was very convenient to the event I was attending. Plus it was in a quiet location compared to my previous stays in Pismo. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very nice even called me when I didn’t request to have maid service to make sure my room did or did’nt need attention. I was traveling for a dog rescue fundraiser and I was very happy to find a place that accepted my 3 medium size dogs and were fellow dog lovers themselves. I will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Check in was quick and easy, our room was very clean and the bathroom was way nicer than I would’ve expected. We stayed with our dog and kids and had a great experience. Location is great; just a 5 minute drive from Pismo beach and walking distance to some restaurants and a coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again, and you can’t beat the price.

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful. Very excellent customer service. Would recomend this resort to anyone traveling to the coast.

The walk to the heated pool was to far (1/2 mile) and when we got there the waves were to high. The breakfast buffet catered by 7-11 ended to early by 1:00pm. Should have more shrimp and beer available at happy hour from 3:30 to 4:15. Oh, the elevator was not working. HAHA, HAHA Just joking, Nothing to dislike.

Everything the room was actually very clean and spacious so was the shower it was also VERY quiet which was amazing all around amazing this will be the motel I stay at every time I go to pismo or morro bay it's Wirth the extra drive

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about this place they give you your deposit back and everything

Service was extremely friendly and accommodating!! Very pleased. Though there was no bathroom counter space, there was a cupboard underneath which helped!

No closet, no counter space in bathroom, no pool or spa. Ice was available at front which we appreciated, but an outside machine would have been more convenient.

I liked the location, close to my parents house in Grover City.

It was a little bit cold. Not enough blankets.

The owner of the property was very welcoming, we stayed here on the way to vegas and liked it so much we came back and stayed on the way back too! We were able to log into our Netflix on the tv which was great! the beds are very comfy too

The facilities were recently updated. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! The location is easy to find and is close to many amenities. If you are up for the walk, you can walk to the beach from this hotel. The staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful.

Someone at a nearby property was shooting off fireworks and it was very loud in our room. The bathroom mirror is situated under a window so it was quite low, which made it difficult to use.

What breakfast? None was offered.

The hotel uses a third party for online booking and their price was lower than the hotel charges. You should call the hotel directly to find out actual true rates.

Staff was friendly, comfortable bed, clean room, good water pressure, great location that's not too far from Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria. A little pricey on the weekends but still one of the cheapest you can find.

Limited parking, no trailer or towing parking except on the street so we had to stay elsewhere last time, but would have preferred to stay here
