Location was excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great services from the staffs. It was nice soaking in the pool/hot tub when the weather was cold. The play area for the children also excellent for all ages. We booked an ocean front suite so the view was phenomenal! The room was clean. My only comment is that the pull out couch bed really need to be replaced. It was so worn and old. OMG!!! My back felt every single spring on that “mattress.” 😆 Overall a pleasant stay for the family. Thank you.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1-bedroom oceanside king suite with balcony on the second floor during the week (Mon-Fri). We spent a lot of time on that balcony just gazing at the sea. The view was pretty darn spectacular, and it was quiet during our week. The suite had a bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath and there was a second full bathroom in the sitting area. Bedding and towels were soft and plentiful. There was also a small kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, hotpot, and coffee maker. A simple breakfast was provided every morning (coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, potatoes, wheat and white toast, bagels and packaged muffins). The area was kept perfectly clean. Plenty of dining options were available within a short walk, most of which could be reached via an accessible footpath along the cliffs. We're ready to go back!

Coffee stir sticks and two wine glasses were provided, but a few utensils, plates, and coffee cups, along with a roll of paper towels and dish soap, would have made the kitchen area more usable. I would have brought my own if I'd known nothing was provided. Possibly such items may have been available at the front desk but we didn't check as it wasn't a big deal not to have those things.

This Hotel has everything! Katlin (sp) at the front desk made us feel like VIPs. We loved our cozy and roomy suite with a coffee maker, gourmet coffee, refrigerator, microwave, wine glasses, spa robes, and electric water kettle. The breakfast was equally first class. Their beachy decor complemented the classy ocean-view suite with million-dollar views and its semi-secluded patio, where we sipped their yummy coffee. There are several delightful nearby restaurants, and it has walkways to the necessary steps to take strolls on Pismo's pristine beaches.

Everything was great. It was like a honeymoon suite.

I loved the location! Simple, easy access to the beach & other amenities. The view from the room (we were on the second floor w/Balcony over looking the ocean) made it perfect! The Suite is clean & housekeeping is top notch!

The only thing we didn’t like is we paid for parking at check in and on our third day we received a ticket which put us in anxiety mode. My husband took it to the office the ticket & showed that we paid on the app on our first day immediately upon arrival. However the lady at the front desk was extremely nice & apologized & took care of it! I think she was the one that initially called us on check in day, to see where we were at, and how things were going which was extremely nice! I don’t get her name, but she’s a gem!

The suite room fit a family of 6 wonderfully. It was so nice having 2 bathrooms, a table, fridge, & microwave too. Being able to see our kids play on the play area w/my spouse was also a bonus, as was the chairs & table on our balcony. The free yoga each morning overlooking the ocean was peaceful. The front desk staff & housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Also, having breakfast included was lovely as it allowed us to have a more relaxed morning.

It would have been helpful to have a handout of local things to do like nearby hikes (we heard about Pismo preserve acros the freeway from the yoga instructor), parks, or where to rent bikes, etc...

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the comfort of having on-site activities for my child, including board games to take to your room. Enjoyed the walk way that was behind the suites for a nice walk along the beach cliffs. Everything was pretty close by such as food stores and dinning places. Most of all the access to on-site coffee and hot chocolate as we were there when the weather was not as hot as we thought it would be. I would highly recommend and planning to return.

We woke up on our last day with a flat tire and it appeared to be a blade in our tire. We are under the assumption that it may have been from the workers that were there working on the pool and hot tub.

The suite room were very clean and comfortable. The king room had two bathrooms and it helps when you are staying as a family. Ocean view was very good and you enjoy the sunset sitting in your room balcony.

Badminton court was not playable because of strong winds at the beach all the time. It would help if its converted to pickleball court just by pulling down the net. Sometimes winds were so strong that even ping pong table were not playable. Although breakfast was decent it would be good to add some variation on daily basis. Breakfast was same every day. Adding a full kitchen (hotplate/dishwasher) would add more value to the room.

We love the spacious room, it gave it a home like vibe. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and the beautiful ocean view. There was plenty activities to keep everyone in the family happy.

I appreciated having breakfast available every morning, but feel like the choice of their meat products could have been better. Each morning the hot coffee was at it best, lukewarm. I feel it just a little more attention was given in this area, would make everything perfect.

The playground/game area is lovely. The hot tub and pool, while not huge are heated nicely. The suites are very large and clean. The hot breakfast was pretty good and the staff restocked it quickly. The front desk was responsive to issues (the pool ran out of towels). Parking was plentiful. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the Pismo Pier area.

The walls are thin. You can hear people walking above and the hum of the TV next door.

We love staying there. The front desk staff is absolutely the best, maintenance and housekeeping are excellent. The property is great for families and can provide lots of activities for kids. The suites are brilliant. Did like the ear plugs that are provided as they were needed.

The noise from the activity area and the noise floor to floor. Quiet time isn’t always observed and when you have multiple kids running and jumping in the suite above you it can get very annoying.
