Last Minute Add-ons to The Room. Towels, Extra Blanket, Soap, Add-On-Guest, Extra Key, Key Card Fixes, Quarters, Dollars for Vending Machine, Pen for Writing Baggage Claim Tag...Extra Time on The Laundry After Checkout was a Lifesaver.

Smelled Like Bug Spray. Saw a Flea and a Cockroach. Stranger Turned Knob. Someone Knocked on The Door for a Cigarette. (?) Nearest Bank of America A.T.M. was around a 2-4 mi walk. Sink got Clogged, the pusher thing fell... and the shower laminate floor was a little eaten up. High Toliet Water Levels. Besides that Good. ☆

Stayed probably half dozen times. Always solid. Only minutes from Pacific Ocean

Forgot, it was cool outside, but the air did not work. The fan went on and it seemed to spit out warm air, even though I had it on coolest setting. I was there only one night. Front desk said they would take care of in morning, but since I was leaving, I told them not to worry about it. First time I've had this problem.

I love staying here everytime we're in Pismo. Super clean and staff is nice and super helpful. Location is 10/10 !

maybe just the smaller sized parking lot can feel crowded but its a small thing since you're placed in center of town and can walk easily and leave your vehicle in your safe parking spot at the motel.

The gentleman (David, I think) who checked us in was extremely nice. He was the only one working in the office and he stayed calm and professional the entire time… there was about 6+ waiting in line.

Everything inside our rooms were clean and smelled really good, but the floor was not swept or mopped. Also, the screw on the top lock was loose.

the lady at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and nice looking. the location wasn’t what I expected it was about a 5 min drive from the beach but still close and great price for the area it’s in.

there was no microwave or mini fridge but It wasn’t a big deal I’m just used to seeing those amenities at a hotel

Almost everything, but I missed the shampoo.

Like always, this time I forgot my phone charger in the room 151. Normally it is my towel or pillow. By the way we didn't have enough pillows.

Shower very good. Plenty of free parking. Good location. Next to a great premium discount outlet.

Lighting in room very poor. As we are tea drinkers, hot water pot needs to be kept separate as it tasted of burnt coffee.

Christopher from the front desk was beyond amazing! He is probably the reason why I would come back. He was very personable, helpful, his energy was so much fun, and professional. Christopher is amazing!!

Very nice staff. I believe ad stated microwave. I didn’t if I needed to state I wanted one in the room. No big thing. Late night check in was awesome

I liked the way the room had 2 beds I needed some rest.

I didn't like the way I had to go to front desk to get towels and trash bag and toilet paper for second day
