The valet staff are the best! They charged my car every night even without me asking. I appreciated that.

My last night my TV had an error message. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up. An hour later I called back and the young lady (Syria) I think was her name told me that there was nobody there to help with it. I told her the error and she said that is the hdmi cord and the told me to trace it myself. I explained I had done that. She then said well nobody will be here until morning. It was the attitude I was given by here. The I don’t care that you spent a lot of money to stay here… I’m not going to help you. I stay here about 4 times per year and this was just unacceptable.

Loved the location! Place was very nice and room was beautiful with the balcony view of the street and part of the beach. Valet were very very welcoming and super helpful. Whoever that valet was that attended me deserves a raise, due to his generosity and hospitality. The two ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. I did not get to experience the rooftop or other perks of the Inn but they all seemed great.

The older lady in the front that greeted me did not seem so welcoming and came off as rude to me. I noticed she did attend to other people and families in a better mood/attitude compared to me when I arrived.

The food we ordered for dinner from the bar upstairs was awesome! Especially the Creme Brûlée and chocolate dessert cup. The regular food was really good to and well priced for the quality and quantity given. Kids loved it (which is important). The kids meals although not on the bar menu both came with vanilla ice cream (you can choose between a slider meal or chicken strips). The bartender was super nice and helpful. Plus, all we had to do was place the order, then go back to the room and wait for the food to be delivered (we could of probably called it in too). We did get an ocean view room (well worth it), the rooms were newer looking and stylish with laminate and tile floors, this was great as we were tracking in sand and didn't have to deal with a carpet. The beds were pretty comfortable and the team there was really nice and helpful.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of the town, in front of the pier, couldn't get any better. Everything was nice and clean, well decorated, pretty views. LOVED the rooftop. The valent was quick and easy, too.

This was a huge pain point, but the TV didn't have the capabilities to connect with our apps. It was Xmas and we wanted to watch an Xmas movie on one of the apps, and it was frustrating that we couldn't. There wasn't even on-demand. Another major negative is that they charge $6 per bottle of water in the room (!). There are cheap motels that give you two free bottles a day. The tap water tasted weird, too, so that wasn't an option, either. What a rip off.

Extremely clean

Very late check in even though it is advertised you can pay for early check in. waited 6 hours with a two year old was no fun. Also they were in the middle of a remodel so we were unable to use hot tub or pool. was offered to use neighbor facilities and be credited but with this being a work paid trip it would be too messy for accounting.

I liked the view of the ocean.

I didn't like that I did not have a microwave in the room. I did like the fact that I had call the front desk at 8am to have my trash taken out and fresh towels, and at 1pm I asked the lady that was cleaning rooms if she was going to take care of my room and she said no. Some time passed by and I asked the head housekeeper and she was very nice and took out my trash and gave me clean towels.

The room was beautiful and spacious! The shower was great! I loved the balcony with a door that opened so we could hear the surf. The staff were welcoming and friendly!

I wish that I had known before we got there that the room I booked "King Room with Balcony" was not with a complete ocean view. We did have a small view, but I would have preferred knowing. Also, I left a coat in the closet...my fault, but I didn't like it. :(

I booked two rooms, one with single queen bed and the other with double queen bed, through booking.com. I've paid the extra money (I don't remember the exact amount but it's around $30) to have the double queen bed room with the patio with umbrella, table, and chairs. However, I didn't get the room with patio that I've paid and the fault on the hotel side. That made me sad, really sad. I'd like to have the refund for the extra money I've paid for the patio.

Front desk checking in a checking out were very professional, friendly, and made you feel very welcome. Valet service was very good as well. Adam was very responsive, and professional.

There was a musty smell in the batch room shower area and the glass panel is short there fore water tends to leave the shower area causing additional cleanup as a guest. The hotel carpeting is showing wear and seams are coming up.

There wasn't a complimentary breakfast..and there should be for the rate. Breakfast was good. I like the location. The view of the Pier was great. The bar area was very nice.

There wasn't a complimentary breakfast. It was really loud on the side facing the Pier. There wasn't any snacks or water available to purchase at the hotel.
