great spot!

Property was good. I’ve only stayed at Win River once. I suggest an improvement in the expediting of food at the cafe. Add additional help. Have a single person dedicated at the coffee station. The reason is simple. I waited 10 minutes to place my order because the only employee working at the time was making a 9 minute long specialty coffee for a customer. Unacceptable. I was the only person in line at the time the employee began making coffee drink for customer. There were perhaps 7 or 8 behind me in line when employee finished the coffee drink for customer. I’m not upset, just making an observation.

The seasons restaurant food was outstanding. Alot of food for the price. The waitress was also outstanding. She was out going friendly. The was very nice. This was the first casino that a employee walk around to see if you wanted you to cash in your tickets. The front staff was very helpful. Parking was great and they had a roving car to pick you up if you where park to far away.

The machines where alittle tight. The homeless walking around the floor asking for money or cigarettes etc.

The staff are ALL friendly, professional, helpful and engage with the guests, at least they were all fantastic with us and I’m sure that doesn’t change. All the staff we met are all what you want everyone to be, Hospitable, but more than that, friendly, apart from the staff the property itself is comfortable, clean and welcoming.

$200/night and the hotel can't even offer any flavored coffee creamers. We stay at many comfort inns and Best Westerns and they all offer unlimited flavored coffee creamers. Sounds like a little thing, but in today's world of custom coffee's we were surprised they didn't offer this simple thing. My wife will actually not stay again because of this and no coffee shop to even pay for a good cup of coffee costumed made.

Really like the feel of the resort, definitely felt New and everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and One Employee Gave my daughter a teddy bear and another employee ( i forgot his name blond male vacuuming ) gave me plenty of local points of interest ... Very nice team and the bonus of a food till 3 am is great ...i do hope to stay again

Nothing no major complaints

The room itself. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the amount of elevators didn't have to walk all the way down the hall to get to an elevator. The swimming pool was nice and parking was handy

The smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Thought it was closer to downtown Redding

We stayed at a very clean modern roomy suite. The property management provided us with a crib for our baby, as requested. There was plenty of parking.

Lobby is too close to the casino, so it smells like cigarettes – disgusting. Fortunately, we only had to be there for check-in and check-out, the rest of the hotel was very clean – no smoking there.

Super friendly staff, great restaurant food, beautiful large room, free valet parking

Although they have doors that separate the casino from the lobby, and air purifiers in the lobby, the first thing you smell is cigarette smoke

I was not aware of the deposit...I don't mind but I would like if it was mentioned when I booked. Deposit was the cost of the room. Head board was dusty but not a big deal...also behind the bed needed vacuuming.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The property & rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Seasons restaurant has a nice diverse menu for American food. Reasonably priced with good food quality! If staying at the Hotel first time guests receive a generous $15.00 free play credit.

The main dining area was only open for lunch & dinner. Only Breakfast option was the quick cafe.
