Overall, it was a great stay. Breakfast was good, eggs sausages waffles toast fruit yogurt muffins juice, etc. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed and it was great for our family of six. The sofa bed mattress wasn't the best, but my 4-year-old didn't mind and my 12-year-old said he had slept on worse. Lol. The queen beds were comfy, water was hot for the shower. The location is great and it's close to Old Town, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, downtown, etc. The room felt clean, house cleaning came in even when we didn't request it and gave us new towels and made the beds. We checked in late Friday evening and there was a long line. The lady checking in waved our parking fee which was very appreciated. It's $23 a night, there is street parking but it seemed to fill up. I would stay here again.

The bathroom had an extremely small vanity. With 6 people in the room it was cramped.

The pool was great, as well as the chairs and table around the pool. Towels were provided for the pool. The facilities were clean. Hot Breakfast had many options and items were restocked quickly. Fine laundry for patrons.

Bathroom facilities were small for a family. Only one small towel bar. No microwave. Tiny fridge that froze everything solid. Exercise room was not open as posted on time. Sofa bed mattress was full of springs which could be felt-SO uncomfortable! Only one, very expensive, restaurant within walking distance. Must have a car. No shuttle service. Parking costs extra. Rooms facing the highway are extremely noisy.

Everything was good, especially for this price. Spacious room, comfy beds and blankets, quiet AC (!), amazing breakfast, friendly staff. Kids liked heated pool. SeaWorld and the zoo are just 10 min drive. We traveled in a company of 3 kids and 3 adults and everybody was pretty much satisfied. Thank you for such a nice spring break experience.

The only disadvantage was the window facing freeway which made the room pretty noisy but silicon earplugs at night perfectly resolved this issue for me.

It has a great location. The Lady from the Breakfast area was really amazing. I left my Sunglasses laying on the counter and she had picked them up. When I realize after 10 mins or. so that I had left my sunglasses ran back to the breakfast area. She gave them to me. But I was very thankful that she is in top of things to make sure everything is in place.

I had an issues the first night But it was fixed the next day and great housekeeping team you have.

Location was great. Close to all theme parks we wanted to visit. Slightly old but clean and comfortable. I commend the front desk staff who went above our expectations to make us comfortable with their cheeriness and helpfulness.

Toilet kept plugging up. But maintenance was right there to fix it. Also, had to keep calling for towels and wash rags.

Overall, for the price of the suite with two full beds and a bunk bed, we very pleased. The breakfast was good and the staff was very courteous. The room was clean and it was a great location for all of the places we wanted to visit.

The only negative about the room was the lighting on the vanity mirror. It was difficult to apply makeup. Also, the air conditioner was pretty loud.

We booked this hotel last minute. The staff were helpful and friendly. The morning cleaning ladies were awesome, cheerful and smiling. The breakfast area was crowded but it was the 4th of July. The food was stocked and the area was clean. The pool was a great temperature and the kids loved swimming. There were plenty of towels at the pool and also in the rooms.

The breakfast was pretty decent. Loved the waffles you can make in the waffle maker. Bed was sooo comfy even the nice fluffy blanket. I slept really well. When we needed towels, they were brought up again. My second stay there. Will soon be a 3rd:) this is now my go to hotel when visiting San Diego. And we love mission beach. Which is only about an 8 minute drive!

The location. And the room size, was good. Breakfast was excellent. Service staff were excellent.

The breakfast should be on two floors vs 1 for the whole floor. Too crowded at time, but food was very good. Would stay again! Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Remove sofa beds and put in bunk beds in all, if possible is my recommendation.

The room was comfortable and so was the bathroom. I was glad that it was possible to do laundry. The service at the reception was courteous and the location convenient.

The dining room is small and crowded. The pool requires careful cleaning of leaves and hair.
