Everything was spot on

No plates spoons or kitchen stuff in the kitchen area but it’s not a major thing overall great place. Only minor issue is I could tell the pull out bed hang been cleaned there was crumbs/ dirty on the bed and stains bed sheets

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower was lacking water pressure, the noise from the pool was extremely loud. Also the noise from the next door room was quite loud.

Breakfast was great with good hot and cold variety. Free parking was really nice, location was good, and the pet fee was very reasonable!

Though a floor fan was provided, not having an a/c unit in the separate bedroom made the room a bit humid and uncomfortable in the early night hours. The bedroom itself was also quite small for the queen bed. The bathroom fan didn't work well, and though there was a small window, it opened to the other room's walkway making it a major privacy deterrent. Also the half glass shower "wall" caused some water clean up even with the floor towel.

Our room by the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained, including fresh towels daily.. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with staff making sure nothing ran out. A most enjoyable stay.

5 min walk to the shore- awesome crashing waves. 5 min walk to many restaurants/cafes. Easy, free parking. Open air concept. Great pool/hot tub. A lot of loungers. Room 137 was the best! By the pool, but the last one, so nobody walking by. Only one shared wall on the living space side. Separate bedroom/living area space/jetted tub. A lot of windows with shutters. Quiet. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

A bit dated. Windows tracks/caulking in bathroom dirty. One lamp didn’t work. Windows were all unlocked upon arrival- and a few of them open all the way up (with a screen) to a side street/alley. Even with all of those small things, we will be back again and again!

Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied slightly from day to day to offer some variety. Eugene and the other breakfast staff were great at keeping all the food fully stocked. Huge hotel room and quiet atmosphere.

Parking was rough in small tight spaces. Both ice machines were out. No bathroom fan. We learned to open the window in the bathroom, not the door, to air out the steam because after a shower the steam would set off the smoke alarm and cause it to beep. Refrigerator was dirty.

Nice variety of breakfast items. The first day we stayed the items were readily available, however, the second day we had to wait for things to be replenished, but all in all it was good. Breakfast was centrally located for all guests.

It would be nice if the pool had extended hours, perhaps 8 am to 10 pm. We would have utilized the pool before checkout, but we felt we wouldn't have time since it didn't open until 9 am.

Room very spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold food. The pool area was well maintained, clean and comfortable . The pool was cleaned early in the morning.

The facility had a great quant vibe, which we loved, one block from the ocean. The room itself was a little run down, some mold in the shower etc. The exercise room could have used a cleaning, a bit grubby. Overall it was a great place to stay, loved the courtyard. Will stay again because of location and value.
