Good location, good value for money, free parking is good and secure (parking garage opens with a card key). Fridge is NOT included in room, but can be requested at additional 5$ per day. Room safe is included for valuables storage. Breakfast is NOT included, but there are 2 good breakfast places right next door. Especially we liked Mel's Diner across the street, very good food and service. Overall - we liked this hotel.

The hair conditioner was out. Shampoo was almost out. The bathtub trim looked like it's about to break off. Would be good to add additional 'chain' type of inside locker for the door.

The room was great. It was quiet, at the back overlooking a roof - no view; but it that was why it was quiet. The bed was comfy and tv fine. Tea and coffee were ok. Good location near chestnut street and a couple of diners / restaurants for breakfast. It was on the open bus tour route which was great! They kindly looked after our bags for us after checkout before we left.

Staff were nice enough. The guy checking in was a little hard to understand due to his accent and a mask. When it came to check out what appeared to be the manager appeared to be having an argument on the phone and openly snapped at a staff member which was a little off putting.

The room was huge the bed was soft and the pillows were fluffy the parking was tight but at least they had it location was great and the staff was nice this place is definitely a place i would stay again

The noise i get that i was on Lombard and i knew there would be noise but wow the window didnt keep much noise out

It was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.. Location was good with the bus to the Golden Gate Bridge about a 100m walk and then being on Lombard Street you have the famous crooked road about a 30 minute walk away also

The lifts were a bit iffy.. They’d work 90% of the time and the shower pressure was nearly non existent.. Other than that no other complaints Only complaint would be the food choices in the Bay Area what is a San Fransisco thing not anything to do with the hotel Closest Five Guys, Wendy’s, Chick Fil-A all ages away if anyone can answer why San Fransisco Bay Area is so empty with cheap fast food choices that would be good 😂😂

Location! It’s right next door to a parade of bars/restaurants, there’s noise from an adjacent restaurant but we were so tired we just went off to sleep. Room was big and airy, shower can run hot and cold. Staff were very helpful. #30 bus round the corner takes you to and from Fisherman’s wharf $3 single (cash, no change) Parking - hotel has a small ground floor parking or larger gated underground parking. When you arrive, park in front of reception door, you’ll get your keys which gives you access to underground parking. They need the registration number of the car. This is a safe area.

They could message guests to let them know the procedure for parking

We were delighted to stay in the spacious two bedroom suite. Everyone from Grandmother to teen was delighted. The apartment was clean with roomy beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen was open and cute. The window seat was lovely. I was happy that everything was not styled in gray like so many places. This is a family neighborhood with several coffee shops, pharmacies, many clothing shops and pubs. The staff were kind, helpful and prepared. The cost was reasonable and we were not impacted by the construction. Great time was had by all.

We could have used extra trash bags. We did get them upon request. The sofa cushions have lost their oomph.

We loved the location as it was central to everything and we could basically walk everywhere. The size of the suite was great. It was comfortable and very clean and it was great to be able to spread out.

We were annoyed that the suite was advertised with a washer and dryer which it did not have.....and this was the main reason for paying and booking a suite. The Bookings.com also said additional bathroom which it did not have. It was a pain having to go to the office and get coins then up and down to the second floor to put on the washing, checking it and then up and down again for the dryer. It is important that Bookings.com/hotel do not have misleading information.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a living room. Suite was very spacious with two bathrooms. Suites were located in a different building with entrance from Chestnut St. Street noise was not a problem since we didn't have windows by Lombard or Chestnut St. Free parking in a guest garage with elevator access to the suites. Location was great with lots to see in a walking distance or by public transportation (ex. bus 28). The Cow Hollow area is really nice.

The other bedroom was quite small and with a queen bed that can be small for two adults. Street noise can disturb you if room windows are directly by Lombard St or Chestnut St.

We arrived late 03.30 am but had informed them of late arrival so we were relieved to park and get to bed. All the Reception staff were really good and quick, true professionals we were so thankful. Leida one of the receptionist made good suggestions for visits on our last day so we made up for the lost time on our late arrival. We took a bus trip late morning. She then recommended where to spend the afternoon before flying out of the SFO that evening. We were delighted with her recommendation to Burlingame for a late lunch and transferring into the airport we were relaxed and it was stress free for once. It was a great way to finish our holiday.
