Hash was charming, friendly, and welcoming. Everything in the room functioned as intended. I could park easily, and I was given a later check-out.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. Especially the floor. But that was not a deal breaker. Also, no internet. This is the first place that I have stayed in that had no internet wifi password.

Staff was great. Very accommodating. Let us park our car and put stuff in the room early so we could start enjoying the city before check in. Got parking under cover. Was within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and drink. Very affordable for the area

It wasn’t the cleanest, it wasn’t gross by any means and didn’t make us uncomfortable, but could’ve been a little cleaner. Outlets were in kind of awkward places for plugging phones in. Couldn’t plug them in next to the bed but it wasn’t a big deal. Shower was great the first night, but only got like warm the second. But for the price it was a great place with great service and we’ll worth the minor inconveniences.

The location was perfect. Centrally located to the beach, GG bridge, stores...etc

Originally i requested a downstairs room for me and my mom but the lovely host Ash insisted he give us a very nice room upstairs and it was bigger. Although i appreciated his gesture, downstairs wouldve been better. The accessibility up and down the stairs was a bit much for my mom but i will be back but i will make sure i get a downstairs. Thanks again Ash for making our stay a pleasant one.p

the rooms were very clean, exceptionally so. there was a relatively modern mini fridge and flat screen tv with dish, as well as a little microwave. everything worked well and was clean. the hard floors also gave it a much cleaner and more modern feel than all other price comparable options.

the two young men responsible for my check in were super rude, despite my paid in advance booking and apologies for being 15 min late. they asked for ID skeptically, and judgmentally, and asked far more questions about my background and what I was doing there than were appropriate. they were older teens or young adults, definitely in need of further training. they were the only dark spot on the booking, so all of this would have been a perfect score, if only they hadn’t been such jerks when checking us in.

The staff was really nice. I had the top room for room 28. They had everything I needed, and the place was really comfortable at an exceptional price. I would not trade it for a five star hotel, as it was 6 minutes away from the palace of fine arts where my conference was.

There was not really much that I did not like for it being an Inn. They didn't have food and drink as an option but I didn't really expect that anyway. A mini fridge and microwave is all you need, which is what they have.

Everything was close by and didn’t have to drive far and wait in traffic…if you wanted to go into the city. Golden Gate Bridge and Museum was close by. Restaurants was a walking distance. Room was big enough for a solo traveler and no disturbance at all.

Amazing host, made sure we were taken care of correctly and always was there to help us out. He runs this place alone and it’s very impressive how well taken care of everything is under the no staffing circumstances. Location is a bit crazy if you’re not use to driving in San Fran, as you have to make a couple of turns but very close to small shops, the beach, the Golden Gate Bridge, and we had no issue with the neighborhood being loud.

The only thing I would change would be instructions on how to turn in the shower, we were not able to turn it on and it was quite late when we got home therefore we just let it go.

The manager was very kind and very helpful to find good places to eat. Also, after my stay, I requested a copy from my driver license because I lost it, and he sent me right away.

I guess they could improve making a deep cleaning

nice area close to many attractions , friendly staff , I got what I expected from motel in this area with this price , didn't face any issue with the the parking availability ,wifi was working all the time ,i gave high rate compared with what i paid in a very expensive area .

We stayed for two nights and had a very good experience, the manager and other employees were super friendly and kind and helped whenever we had a question. We were allowed to leave the car in the car park for the rest of the day even after we checked out!! Thank you very much!
