the space was nicely sized ! bed was comfortable . and great location

I’m not one to be picky about where I’m staying but this particular room had baby cockroaches in the bathroom the whole stay I was there . had killed about 10-15 of them throughout the weekend . the mini fridge also had left over food from previous guest and there was some mold in the fridge . again I don’t like bashing or knocking down any business but this shouldn’t be taken lightly and should be dealt with . roaches and mold is unacceptable. didn’t bother me too much but felt the need to address this .

Great value! Clean and safe rooms. The location was very convenient as well. Definitely better than some other motels in the area, and cheaper too.

I stayed for 3 nights, and nobody took out the trash or refilled the cups and coffee. You have to go ask for them at the reception. I guess there is no room service during your stay. But that's okay, because the price of the room is very good.

The location was awesome, price was ok (I think $50 would be more justifiable). & Honestly the staff was very straight forward and helpful, which is a plus. Bathroom was ok too, it wasn't really dirty at all I could see showering there if need be. Plus the water is hot & the heat/AC works too.

Floors were super dirty. Definitely a dive spot, but for a weary traveler just needing a spot it was perfect enough.

some odd people wander here (probably isn't a best district), fortunately we and our possessions are good. Stuff close reception's door even by daylight

This hotel is great for people traveling for work or a family that just needs a place to sleep. There are great places to get every meal. You need to remove everything visible from your car. All of San Francisco is smash and grab.

The room wasn't the cleanest & the TV didn't work, but for the price...we will definitely be back! Manager was pleasant & it's in a great location! Good beds & shower! I was completely comfortable! My teen guys were happy with the WiFi too! Thank you Nick! :)

No TV!

I loved the easiest access to the property by driving, no issues with parking spots. Staff were really nice even they helped us with our luggage.

Great overall, staff was great the room they gave us was clean and it was super quiet. Bring your own towels sure but otherwise ignore the bad reviews

the guy at the reception was nice . the hotel was quiet we took the high level 3 rd floor. it was quite. it wasn’t busy so we had parking spot even I came very late at night. the location was excellent you can walk from there.
