We loved the very friendly and helpful staff. They offered us fresh chocolate-chip cookies upon arrival. The hotel was very nicely decorated with an opera/ballet theme. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, with excellent Italian coffee and decaf, and a full-sized Cuisinart coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable, too.

Can't think of anything, except maybe the one-ply toilet paper! Oh yes, and the confusing shower fixture, which we finally figured out. Other than that, all was lovely.

It's a lovely hotel, offering small but well designed rooms. The staff is excellent, the bed is comfortable and for the size of the room it has very decent storage space and a good set of appliances, including a toaster, a microwave oven and a good coffee maker. The only improvement I would suggest is a small table (even a folding one) and a chair, as there's no way to really sit down and eat/do some work. I will gladly come back.

There was no grab and go breakfast and no Scandinavian restaurant. Please update your website, it takes a second to do so and is misleading as it currently reads.

This Inn has heart, the people working there are amazing, always willing to help and make sure you have everything you need to have a wonderful stay in San Francisco (information, assistance, availability, etc.).

Not much, really. Elevator is large, silent. Rooms are clean and well configured. The inn is very quiet overall, and its location is top notch.

The location was excellent, just next to city hall with great bus and BART links. Lots of great eateries within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, free coffee in the mornings. Room was just the right size for us and would stay again.

There was no breakfast option provided. Luckily there is a nice cafe round the corner. The location is a bit far if you want to visit the main city attractions and the area is a bit rough.

i love the bed and pillows of this hotel! So soft! Really help me get good sleep. And the hot water service impressed me , it is thoughtful to Chinese habits. Everything cleaned and fancy there, i was really enjoy this trip, and every staff was kindly .

Beautiful boutique hotel. Charming decor and well appointed room and bathroom. We appreciated the security of the front door to the lobby and felt safe at the location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

the location for the arts opera symphony etc is the best location. a little jewel box

we missed the in house bar and restaurant from before . hoping they can get this back and running. also the lobby is in transition . looking forward to getting back in full form. like before
