The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. I liked there was a water cooler and hot water machine on the first floor. Excellent location. Close to SFO airport and San Bruno Caltrain. So many grocery, shops and restaurants nearby. Free shuttle to/from airport (though frequency depends on time of day).

There was a bit of confusion during my check-in which took a few minutes to resolve. All was fine in the end and staff were very friendly. The safety box in my room was closed when I entered, so I couldn't use it. I was staying only two nights so didn't bother chasing up about it.

Room was spacious, bright, and clean with a big tv. Lots of towels provided. The Wifi worked well. Breakfast was nice with decent choices (egg, waffle, pastries, toasts, cereal, etc). Location is roughly 20 mintues walk to the mall and BART station. Also many tasty restaurants nearby.

The chair and couch were fine but not that comfortable. Also the laundry machines were clean and functional, but wished there's a machine for exchanging quarters or availability to pay with card.

Shuttle only ran every hour and took 30 min to the airport on the hour and from the airport on the 1/2 hour. Area looked a bit rundown but we arrived late and left early so may have been better in the daylight. Light coming in from bottom and side of door and shutters, though a great idea, let too much light in and neon lights from across the room made it too bright to sleep.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, staff, parking, and location. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is super, with restaurants and quick shopping withing walking distance, and a quick drive to the airport rental car return. There is even a fuel station near the hotel that was 30 cents a gallon cheaper than the fuel stations on the main road to the airport. The breakfast included typical options.

Just 6 minutes driving time from SFO airport. Clean and tidy room. The windows (when closed) keep out most of the street noise outside.

Had to unplug the bedside lamp in order to charge my phone because the EU-US adapter is too big to fit into the sockets which are installed on the lamp. The water tap is too short or got installed too far from the sink's rim. It's almost impossible to wash your hands / face, let alone wash out a water bottle etc.

The room is spacious which includes the microwave and fridge. The bathroom is so big and the bed is comfortable. It's near to the airport and they even provides airporr shuttle. There's a bus stop just few steps away from the hotel that I can take me to the San Bruno BART station to get to San Francisco. Keep in mind that the bus stations and BART stations are quite lonely during the day (I traveled at around 11am-12pm) so if you're travelling on your own, you should be careful. They are more crowded during peak hours.

I can hear the sound from the room above (foot steps, door creak) which woke me up few times at night; but luckily they are not making loud sound so I waa still able to sleep well.

I liked the hotel and most of the personal. The man on the phone was very nice and helpful and the first bus driver was nice as well. However, on my second bus ride the driver requested for tip but I got no cash in dollars on me. It scared me and I gave him my hometown money.

The second bus driver should be nicer I think. I would give a tip if I had dollars! I am sorry, I understand that tip is good manners thing, but this pressure wasn’t ok in my opinion

We found it useful being reasonably close to the airport. Staff were extremely polite and professional. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful and the light breakfast was a handy bonus. Super 8 is a clean & comfortable place to stay when you have a flight to catch.

There was some traffic noise which we understand is unavoidable given the proximity to the road. The plantation shutters were good at keeping outside light under control.

Friendly staff, very clean room and washroom, TV, toiletteries, nice pillows. Shuttle and breakfast offered*. Super convenient location if you have a long connection. I was expecting to rest and I did in this property.

*Limited breakfast options (only carbs). *Limited shuttle service (only from 5am to 9am in the morning and 5pm to 10pm in the evening from the hotel. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour). If you arrive within those hours, it is perfect! But if you don't, be ready to pay a taxi ($25)

Close to the airport and very quiet. Perfect for us to rest after a long flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff at reception are kind and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty terrible. Lots of sugary choices and well over boiled eggs that the yolks had gone grey. It was free, I would recommend getting something elsewhere if you don’t normally enjoy a sugary breakfast
