Everything was as we expected. We had a microwave, fridge, hot water. Our room had been recently redecorated and was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful when our luggage was lost by the airline. Bus stop was only 100 yards away with excellent connections into the city. Large supermarket a bus ride away. Recommended.

Celiing lights were too bright white, need warm white, need to be dimmable or night stands with table lamps would help. Window wood blinds above invisible bed headboard provided natural light during the day. Rug on steps and outdoor walkway is weathered from rain, sun and people traffic, rug kept the noise level down with people walking up and down the steps or hallway. Area was very quiet with plenty of rain and keeping people/traffic movement at bay on El Camino Real.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is rather inexpensive compared to other options. Still, the Indian (?) family running it (they are also very friendly and helpful) seems to put a lot of effort into offering rather clean rooms. From what they said, they still have some "old" rooms but are gradually redoing all rooms. The bathroom I had was rather modern. The bed was comfortable, WIFI was good. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place with free parking for a night near the airport, this is a very good option. Hint: You can get very good breakfast at "Camino's Corner" which is in 2min walking distance (also offers outdoor seating which makes it Covid-safe).

My main critique is that the rooms are super-noisy - make sure to bring some earplugs - as there is a road with 4-5 lanes per direction right in front of the door which is quite noisy even during the night. Of course, you will also hear the flights arriving/departing at the airport. I would probably not have slept without earplugs but with them it was okay. The towels all had some stains but otherwise looked and smelled clean. Also, the room seemed a bit sterile without a carpet on the floor (but I guess that's good for hygiene etc.).

This is a family-run business and it seems like they have just started, so need to give them a bit of slack. They are very friendly, hardworking people, and the father, daughter, and grandmother are pitching in cleaning the rooms since they don't have enough staff. My room was entirely remodeled and really nice, fresh paint, clean. This hotel was a great value and the people here are responsive and eager to interact and see how things went.

We chatted about the bedclothes, which were clean but threadbare. They are awaiting a delivery of new sheets, comforters, and blankets, so this is easily fixed and they acknowledged the bedclothes didn't do the beautiful room justice. There was a bit of street noise at night but I slept fine.

We arrived late in the evening, got the room, got some food and by midnight nobody was available to provide instructions on how to access the free wifi. Called and knocked. Nobody was available. There were no instructions with the keywords and none in the room. The entire stay at the Ritz was to get away from the house and kids to get work done and we couldn't access the internet. Lost money on room fee, gas, food, drink and more importantly INCOME.

The facilities were as advertised. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable, The room had recently been renovated and all appliances were new. The location was convenient for the airport and food shopping as well as restaurants.

This is down to me. El Camino Real is a very long road that runs through two cities and has repeat numbers. So if your ordering a Uber remember to add the zip code. There wasn't anything else I didn't like.

Nice place, recently remodeled, modern design. Coffee, large fridge, microwave in the room. Great shower with hot water. Very clean. Not as noisy as you might think from the reviews, certainly did not need earplugs to sleep. Overall a solid budget option for the bay area. Extended my stay.

The HD TV had grey bars left and right for the Dish Network programming, so not really real HD, for sports, the score is cut off.

The location is really very accessible and near the airport. The room is perfect with a nice cozy bathroom and complete amenities for a reasonable price. Sid is very accommodating and nice. I highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike. Just a suggestion. If possible put an alarm or a little wall clock ⏰.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Ritz in two months. I find it to be very convenient for the airport and for the price point you can't find anything better. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room very clean and all fittings and fixtures worked. Plenty of hot water.
