Room was great with a wonderful location near the pool. The grounds were quite pretty even after the drought and all the rain. My granddaughter used the pool and found it quite comfortable and it was big enough to get in a nice swim.

While the food is good, it is a bit over-priced. They did accommodate my granddaughter's fussiness and I was quite pleased with that. Your concierge should know a bit more about the area. We walked over to the zoo and were told we could not come in without a reservation. The concierge did not tell us this. We did not get in. The walk was nice though.

It was really pretty setting and the lobby area was great. Our waiter at the restaurant was fabulous.

Very skimpy on products, no shower gel, or shower cap, it's cheap for the cost of the room. Most hotels are now giving free water or fill stations for water bottles which there may have been in the main area but you should consider adding in the buildings where people sleep, it feels like you are nickel and diming your patrons.

very expensive and when I booked on booking.com didn’t think that I would have additional charges and I didn’t know that resort fee didn’t include parking.

Great beachfront location. Nice outdoor pool, tennis court and bar. We misplaced a bag with very important documents, which was found by reception staff and courteously returned the next morning, when we went to them to ask.

We requested for our rooms to be interconnecting or at least close together. Not only did they not provide that, but didn't even bother to respond to our messages via Booking. The main building, room size, furnishings and beachfront location are impresive, but the room access and staff service felt more like being in a motel than a Hilton. We paid a big price for the brand, which did not deliver. The buffet breakfast was well below expectations at US$33pp and the made to order omelette and fried eggs came long after we had finished eating. When we complained, they were packaged ang given to us in a takeout container without any bread, condiments, napkins or cutlery. The waitress was upset we did not leave a tip after that. Regret not having stayed in an Airbnb instead.

The view of the beach from our balcony was heavenly. It was very easy to order and pick up Doordash from the lobby as well. The room service food and the buffet breakfast was quite yummy as well!

Wasn’t too crazy about the coffee maker. I purposely brought Kcups because we drink a lot of coffee and all we had was a single or double cup coffee maker that had 2 pods. So couldn’t use the kcups. And could only have one cup a day each unless we wanted housecleaning to come in and replenish.

The resort is beautiful and the staff was great.

Our room was not the room we booked for. We asked for an ocean view room, instead we got a room facing a parking lot. I will contact facility and ask for a refund of the additional fees for an ocean view room.

Location was amazing. The hotel was a good balance of grand with good attention to detail and also relaxed but still attentive. Lovely, clean rooms and quiet air-con!

A minor quibble is that the bathrooms could do with a little refurbishment. Walk in shower with a glass screen would be nicer. Hotel bar could be more of a statement location

I liked the size of my suite. I also liked the ocean view and the water pressure of my shower that included “goddess” shower heads.

Some of the corners, walls and ceilings are a bit aged and need updates/ to be renovated. Restroom ceiling had a slight leak near the twin faucet area. There was small cracks in the structure of the cornered areas in the bedroom that I watched a smaller bug slither out of. Looked like it belonged to the caterpillar family.

Room with mountain views and also the perks, drinks vouchers and bike rental included. Food was excellent and very reasonable

That we only stayed 1 night

When I booked through booking .com I requested ocean view, when I arrived I was told I had a view on the back parking lot. It cost me An additional $180. For two nights. Trying to get a hold of anyone at your company is almost impossible unless you email that doesn’t help me when I’m standing at the front desk of the hotel and have an issue so on a scale to 1 to 10 I give booking.com a on 1. I will never use your company or your services ever again!
