This is pretty modern and big hotel, with clean rooms and renovated design. The hotel has an electric charging station.

The kitchen room is small for such big hotel. No free tables at breakfast time, it was very crowded and you will be probably pushed many times with your coffee in hands. Also the breakfast does not include omelette with sausage.

Everything was great overall. Breakfast was a nice bonus. We got the queen suite. The two bedrooms were comfy and fhe living room and kitchen a good size.

Floor was dirty in the areas you wouldnt usually see. For example, when we moved some furniture in the living room to use the pullout bed, it was pretty dirty in those areas. Staff should actually move some of fhe furniture and vacuum. Also, the sofa bed was lumpy and very uneven. Not a problem if you do not plan on using it, but I had to and was not pleasant.

From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, our stay at this Quality Inn was more than we asked for to make this road trip a happy and relaxing time. Having stayed in many hotels, 3 to 5 stars, our room had an unexpected addition that added to our comfort? The room decoration and style added to being able to fully relax after a day of experiencing a adventures day in South Lake Tahoe. I don't know if all the room's are like the one we had but, I'm not telling the room number and if and when I return to the area I will ask for the same room. Staff was also friendly and helpful!!!

Breakfast was appetizing, a variety of coffees and juices, along with other breakfast items but, this must be a popular hotel which made the dining area very crowded? Need a bigger room? All in all, a hidden gem of a hotel!

Facilities in room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with free coffees, iron, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, enough electric outlets and chargers for cellphone, balcony. Free parking, free breakfast, free ice. Elevator, cart for moving the baggages. Close access to beach and city main center. All with affordable price. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

It's a personal thing, that may not be very important, I would like the showerhead to be with hose, so I could clean the inside bathtub after taking shower.

Quite central location, within walking distance to the center of the town. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast items are quickly restocked.

The hotel is currently comprised of 3 buildings at 3 parallel streets. All the guests on busy ski weekends are invited for breakfast to a tiny place in one of the buildings. The dining area is extremely crowded in the mornings - the wait for the toasts/waffles/pancakes is very long, and there are very few tables available.

This is actually a last-minute booking, and thank God we got lucky. Quality Inn has exceeded my expectations. You'll get value for your money. We booked two rooms. Both were clean, very cozy, and comfortable. The location is great; it's very close to Kahle Park and Heavenly Village. They even have a free breakfast. I will definitely recommend this place.

The phone in our room is not working. We were too tired to walk back to the reception to ask for the wifi password. This is just a minor issue, and we don't really stay in our rooms because we were out the whole day. We only stay there to sleep.

Really well laid out room, with nice sized beds, access to the main roads even under heavy snow storms (they have their own snow plowing machine). Included breakfast is decent (waffles, bagels, pancake, fruits, yogurts, some premade sandwich, juices, etc) - very adequate for cold winter mornings. Staff is courteous and room service is available once every 3 days or upon request (if needed sooner).

The location and price are excellent

Hallway carpet had obvious dog urine stains.

Quite liked this hotel. It's a large property with two main buildings. We stayed in the one across the road. The room was quite small given the price, but with a good bathroom. I would suspect that rooms on the upper floor could get quite noisy due to the street (it's not super busy, but still in the middle of South Lake Tahoe). Our room was on the ground floor and somewhat removed from the street, so okay. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was okay - basic motel breakfast.

Expensive, as all of Lake Tahoe. Given what one gets for the price, it was a small room with nothing much special. But then, those are the prices now. The room was also clean and the parking fine, so I would recommend this place if staying around South Lake Tahoe for a day or two.
