The hotel itself is very old, but exceptionally clean. We needed to sleep 6, so picked this hotel because it would do the trick. We didn't expect a separate room for one of the queen beds, which was really a nice surprise. Additionally, we didn't expect a kitchen, which was also nice. It was located just off the main road running through downtown South Lake Tahoe, so very convenient.

The kitchen could have been stocked with a little more, a toaster, a few more plates, some bowels would have been handy.

everything went just as planned the staff was so sweet to myself as well as helpful to my son who locked the key inn the room the gentleman behind the counter told my boy here you go my friend and helped us with our bags i highly recommend staying here it was cost effective and so clean and quaint

there was nothing i would change the rooms i reserved were beautiful and clean when we checked in the room was around 70 degrees and so cozy

We loved the convenience of the location. We walked to/from dinner and drinks. The staff was friendly and our rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s a good value for a basic hotel room.

The room was quite small, just enough room to walk around the beds. The TV did not work, we don’t really watch TV much on vacation but we had a little downtime and it would have been nice. The room, while clean, was dingy looking and could probably use some paint.

We got the room with the spa tub, which was great after a long and hard day. Very large tub where I was able to stretch out comfortably and watch TV. Price was great. Was worried I wouldn't get my deposit back (always cautious of scams, ya know?) but it came back to my account the day after we left. Good for traveling on a budget while also getting a few nice amenities.

Staff is great. Microwave did not work and window needed a screen. It was warm weather and at nite time had window open but without a screen it felt unsafe. Therfore could not sleep comfortable.

Opps-see above. But because "safety" is a must. The lack of a screen may not be a hinderance to a night intruder it still provides some barrier. Take into account that the sreenless window is in full view of the pedestrian and vehicle traffic it offers a tempting target to one who may wish to breakin.

It’s perfectly situated. Walking distance to the beach, casinos and restaurants. I got great value for the money spent here. There’s a new management team that seems to take great care in making sure that my stay was a good one.

Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all for the price to me, loved the location minuets walk away from heavenly village and the casinos. The bed was super comfortable! I would definitely return :) it was a great value to me, I’m honestly not picky at all :)

Person at the front desk was new. It took us a couple extra minutes to check in, but we were in no rush. Room was comfortable. We were there for only 1 night, all basic things were covered. We went to casino later in night, had a few drinks and could walk back to our hotel room.

The staff, especially at check in and check out. Location-absolutely excellent! Jacuzzi was good and pool was open. Everything was very clean. Room was a good size and quiet!

Liked everything! We plan to go back soon!
