Dinner and rooms views

Made and paid for room early, got there 3:45, room was not ready it was my wife’s birthday had dinner reservations at sage room 5:45, we both waited on the couch in lobby for over an hour , contacted the desk many times no one came over to contact me, had little time to get ready for the birthday dinner, no one often anything for my time not play or vouchers, not even free parking, for that matter no one even said the we’re sorry, that was the poor service I have ever had checking into a hotel, and I Talked with three different people at the front deck while waiting to check in

Deluxe room 14th floor was comfortable and had a nice partial view lake and full view of trees and mountains from floor to ceiling bay windows. Seating area, private bath with 2nd door for privacy. Large nice shower but didn't have tub. Stayed 2 nights, was there for wedding at Valhalla so didn't have time for pool. Jacuzzi was closed per their site until next year. There is a connection to Harrah's which is nice for access from inside.

Restaurants did close early but did eat next lunch at El Jaffe and fish tacos were great. Check parking ...was 10 per day. No valet but easy to get from parking to hotel. Entering room a card is required to turn lights on we tried using our own room card ( like in Italy) but you use the one already in slot next to door.😉

Loved the convenience to the concert venue, parking was simple, Room was quiet, and beds were comfy, bathroom was elegant....

First thing I noticed that was Very Uncomfortable was the Horrible Reeking smell of cigarette smoke!! I think now that its 2022 there are Far More Nonsmokers than smokers... so I would really wish casinos would reevaluate the pros and cons of allowing smokers to stink up the joint! Did find a few dirty socks by the closet that was disgusting as we entered the room from the previous guest. Also was disappointed there was no paper or pin to write with...other than that everything was Great!

The place and location are great, the staff was exceptional and accommodated what we needed asap, when we first checked in the 1st room was not what I expected but I called the front desk, explained the situation and they placed us in a newly remodeled room and it was awesome, then at the concert I joined the rewards program and when we checked out it helped us which was even better, my sister and I will be back but will bring her family with us next time. This was a planned trip from last year to see Alabama but then our mom passed away unexpectedly, dad told us to still go but then the fire canceled the concert and trip so we rebooked for this year and unfortunately our dad passed away 2 weeks ago August 28th but he told us to go just the day before and we did and we were both glad we did even though it was tough but being there at Lake Tahoe and the concert was very helpful and took a lot of things off our minds even though it was a short time, thank you to all the staff

Just the price of the room but we understand why, I'd stay here again without a doubt

Did not receive any breakfast. The views from my room were amazing. We walked by the same dirty dishes by the elevator both days , so obviously no one was cleaning. The hot dog cart looked yummy but never opened. Was only offered one drink the 2 days I was gambling.

Most food places in the casino was closed . Poor drink service.

Be sure to have staff explain how the power works in the room. I was not aware that you have to put your key in a slot that is attached to the wall to power your room and bathroom. We went without power from midnight till 10am. Maintenance called twice and finally a gentleman came in and put a key in the slot. Great concept but totally unaware that it was necessary to place the key there. Would I go back? Absolutely! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautiful.

Room, all staff helpful and friendly. Noticed lots of new staff being resourced by veteran staff in patient and pleasant manner. Name tags with country of origin fun and interesting

Trash in parking elevators and noticed when I opened curtains in 468 to outside-not appreciated. OMG chairs in outdoor arena so poor that I had to leave concert before finale with screaming back pain!! Will not be able to attend future events at same site if this only seating option, absolutely subpar. OUCH!!

the phone options are so small we could not read them,. view of garage roof worst of all was no room help. to get extra towels was a disaster. you never got the number of items you request.

Bed was clean and nice also very quiet floor.

The customer service and security were both horrible. When I complained about our door was being left open when first came in I was transferred to everyone and no one wanted to help. Security was lazy and rude. Front desk didn’t pick up. Phone service was horrible. Front desk person checking us in was VERY RUDE and seemed very bothered when asked any questions.

The newly remodeled room was nice. The view of the lake was not bad.

They billed us wrong: charged twice for early check-in and once for late check-out. We did check-in early (one time) and did not check-out late. They corrected it a few days later once we emailed.
