Everything! The room was lovely, bedding gorgeous , most comfortable bed on our trip ! The plug in the bath, the attention to detail ( sewing kit and body lotion!) The staff were fabulous (especially Lupe who welcomed us and sorted an extra bed for our son! Laundry facilities (inexpensive) including selling the wash powder was unexpected and very welcome! The gym was great along with the pool

The pillows were slight too soft for my husband ( I loved them!) so having an option might be good to suit all?

A lovely hotel, I will stay here every time I have to overnight for business in this area. Spotless, nice little amenities, spacious room with both good desk office space and functional kitchenette, really friendly and helpful front desk.

the new experiment with contactless check in and digital key---it doesn't always work yet. So I couldn't get into my assigned room, it was late at night. The front desk did immediately come up with another room and a person who brought another physical key.

The location was excellent, almost 15 mins away from all major attractions. We got the one bedroom suite which was beautiful, love that it has two restrooms and two closets. Very spacious, it was also a corner suite so lots of windows and natural light. Really enjoyed that.

The room really did have any heat so it was very cold in our room which was the downside. Also a lot of the snacks and drinks in the lobby were way overpriced, definitely theme park prices so I suggest bringing your own.

I had a rental car, and there was plenty of parking available. I arrived a few hours early, and there was a room available immediately. Even though the room was on the busy street side, it was well insulated from the noise. Best of all the room was clean. I also could elect to not have housekeeping service for my 2 nights. Bed was very comfortable.

Could have used more coffee making supplies - no stir sticks, few creamers, few coffee/tea pods, no bottled water. My digital key did not work on a side entrance which was convenient from my parked car.

The hotel was renovated. The gym was nice and the facility was very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly!

The only negative is that the air and heat are controlled by the front desk. The room was stuffy and too warm for us. The hotel is remodeled but the heating and cooling systems were not. We could not open a window because there were no screens. Other than that, it was a good value.

We didn’t purchase a breakfast there. A bit pricey for a Senior fixed income budget. Very nice location and accommodations otherwise. Friendly and helpful staff.

We weren’t aware of the one time non refundable pet fee of $50 until we checked in. Seemed excessive for a 12 pound Terrier who isn’t high maintenance or left to damage the room.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, free coffee in lobby, great breakfast offerings available for purchase. Don't know about the flavor as we did not eat at the hotel.

Only one caffeinated K-cup in the room and two decaff. Didn't affect my stay or rating but thought it odd LOL

Liked having large containers for shampoo etc, environmental friendly! Comfortable bed & linens.

Need nightlight in bathroom. Needs toilet seat that descends slowly so not loud when putting down.

the hotel did plumbing repair work that shut the water off to hotel, understandably such work must be done, but incoming guess should’ve been forewarned

I liked how quiet it was and I wasn’t disturbed during my stay. And it was in a convenient location so that I could get food to bring into my room to eat.

Everything was perfect, I wouldn’t change anything.
