This hotel, by far, has some of the nicest, most welcoming and accommodating staff that we’ve ever experienced in our multiple stays in Cupertino. This was the first time any hotel ever accommodated my request for a room on the highest floor available (we usually don’t want to run the risk of having unruly upstairs neighbors as this happened to us at another hotel). Breakfast was delicious. We wish the breakfast hours could be extended. Hotel is conveniently located in a private area and is a short drive to many restaurants and stores in Cupertino. Shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel(body wash). Kitchen comes with a full size fridge, utensils, pots and pans, sink and electric stove. We loved the marble island that doubles as a dining area!

Needs windows. The room can feel stuffy after staying for a while. Cable channels are somewhat limited. TV can be improved if Netflix and YouTube apps were already embedded. We spotted just a few minor things that could use some maintenance or repair. Light fixture above sink was dangling, carpets look a little worn out, and shower drain clogged once but eventually started working well again.

The amenities were excellent. The morning breakfast was superior to those of other hotels who offer a breakfast. It even included miso soup as an option. There were boardgames to borrow, books to use. The gym was open 24 seven and there was a pool. If we wanted, we could have rented a bike to cruise the area the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

At night, I could hear the highway a little bit, but I did not hear it enough to keep me from falling asleep, or to wake me up

We enjoy staying at all levels of Hyatt Hotels. I must say that the San Jose/Cupertino site was one of the best of the "roadside hotels" we've stayed in in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Our stay included a hearty, healthy, fresh, and delicious breakfast with many choices -- an excellent way to start the day. Conveniently located to all points we needed to visit in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again when visiting our family.

I enjoyed the breakfast because there was an option for a custom omelet. I eat Keto, so I need to have eggs, meat, vegetables and very low carbs. There were plenty of carbs available, but I was good because of the omelet. The scrambled eggs were fine too, but one gets tired of bland scrambled eggs day after day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the way the room key controlled the garage, for added safety.

The interior hallways were freezing cold. The rooms were adjustable, but the hallways were so cold!!

Staff and location is friendly and convenient. It is near restaurants and gas. With markets near for us to make use of the kitchen suite, which had everything.

Bathroom need to check is the fan is in working order. The switches for bathroom are outside the bathroom. This is bad if staying with family who like to joke around. You get to shower in the dark. Plus put in some bigger bowls in the kitchen. Thanks.

I loved how there is a bar and OPEN heated pool pretty late. The bartender Joe was awesome, we will be back just to come have more drinks from him. the pool area was nice the kids loved swimming. We loved the Bar, pool area and outdoor lounge area.

The shower water leaked out towards the bedroom area..missed the drain and we had to use al the room towels to soak it up..I think the floors in the bathroom are kinda too straight. but could be because it was handicap assessable. we didn’t NOT like the property because of this but that’s the only con we had during our stay.

The pleasant atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to try out.

The elevators were hit and miss. One elevator would lock and require a key card tap before it would move, while the other didn’t require a key card.

The Hyatt House was an incredible place to stay. Relatively new facility and exceptionally clean; all the amenities you could ask for. Customer service was incredible including Angel who helped us with early check in to beautiful rooms close to other family. She went over and beyond in wanting to make it special stay. Craig helping out down at the amazing breakfast with omelet bar also so personable.

The sofa bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was small for a family

The suite was great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great Loved the build your own omelet as part of the complementary breakfast.

We were hot the first night because we had trouble locating the thermostat that was in a very strange location and not easy to find. The construction around the hotel made it a little difficult to find at first due to Map quest trying to send us on roads that were closed or no longer existed.
