Enjoyed breakfast; however, would have liked hash browns, turkey bacon, turkey links & sausage patties, cranberry juice cocktail, pineapple juice, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. The English muffins & miniature rolls get hard after being in warmer for over 5 mins.

There should be bath mats in the bathroom to keep floor from getting wet. Should be extra Kleenex in bathroom. You should have the dishwasher serviced every 6 to 8 months. The dishwasher door didn't stay closed. It would pop open and stop washing dishes. Door would have to be pushed closed to complete washing cycle.

I looked at hotels in the area and this hotel was not next to Interstate 15. It's definitely a quiet and safe location. All the employees we had interacted with during our stay were friendly and professional. There was 24 hour coffee & hot tea available. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed for our needs. They have a heated(80°) saline pool that unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use. But, hotel guests were enjoying it. There is a gym on-site and washing machines/dryers. There is a small marketplace that sells non-perishable items, drinks, including wine, beer and hard seltzer, next to the front desk. Breakfast had hot and cold items. Check out was at 11a.m.. After asking the front desk, he let us hang out in their lobby for a bit due to checking into a resort hotel holding an event we were attending in the evening. When we were hanging out in the lobby, I had enjoyed their variety of music they played. My dad was happy that he could watch ESPN or a Sunday football game on the 2 flat-screen TVs. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting Temecula.

Initially, it is a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but for safety and cleanliness it was worth it. You will not be able to get Hilton points for your stay if you don't book directly with Hilton. Upon check-in, we found out that a Mastercard linked to Booking.com was used to pay Hilton for our rooms via Booking.com, not the credit card we used when we paid for the rooms via Booking.com. I'll be booking directly with Hilton, if I choose to stay at their hotels.

I felt welcomed during my stay, the staff was very friendly and professional in appearance, neatly dressed and well groomed. The property was well maintained; landscaping, exterior of the hotel, etc so driving into the property gave me a good feeling. My wife and I only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer…we’ll do that the next time.

Even though we were able to see what time it was by looking at our phones, the hotel not having a clock radio in the room was a slight inconvenience. Another inconvenience was the shower head, it was located too high for me to adjust.

As a solo female traveler, I liked that this property felt comfortable and safe. It's far enough from the freeway where its not noisy or sketchy, and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and is convenient for anyone with a busy morning schedule. Food options included a waffle maker, toaster for bread/bagels, breakfast sandwiches similar to starbucks, egg/cheese omelettes, yogurts, cereals/granola, fruit juices, coffee (which I believe is available 24/7 in the lobby). Definitely would book here again or look into other home2 suites properties.

This is obviously a minor inconvenience but I wished the tv guide was working. It was like watching tv in a hospital room where you literally have to sit and shift between the channels one by one (hoping you skip commercials) to see whats showing.

OMG, what didn't we like?!? This place was like home. We walked in and there was a fridge, sink, microwave, dishes, dishwashwer and SPACE!!! Full couch, comfy bed. Large bathroom. This place was exceptional. Surprised I'd never heard of it before....had to check to see where else we can find this gem. Breakfast was good. They even sell decent snacks and drink downstairs. We didn't go in the gym (over night stay) but loved what we saw in there.

Nothing - there was nothing NOT to like.

Very clean and neat, easy to sanitize surfaces (for example, roller shades instead of dust/bacteria/mold collecting curtains). Functional use of space and furniture (full size refrigerator, dishwasher and the rolling table that can be used as a dining table then rolled under the desk were my faves). Comfy bed. Green initiatives. Free EV charging. Decent breakfast with hot options. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Room temperature was perfect (cool, as it was 103° outside!) when we first entered.

Granted it was 103° outside, but the hallways were still quite warm. One of two elevators was out of order, causing a bit of a wait time.

The location was ideal. The rooms were equipped with everything you might need with lots of space to move around. We had dogs and we were never tripping over them as there was room for everyone. Kitchen facilities were great and the dining table was very clever as it rolled back under the counter to again maximize space. Comfortable bed and couch.

Unfortunately there was nothing left for breakfast by 8:45am when it was supposed to go to 9. We asked if we could check in early and the response was less than gracious. Just a flat "No, you can't check in until 4".

my initial experience with the staff member who checked me in was great, he was polite, helpful, and patient with the situation at hand. He was also very accommodating. At check out i had a question and the girl was short and didnt take the time to look into my booking issue to give me a answer that made sense, i choose not to engage with her any further and reached out to booking.com who helped and the charges in question were later adjusted correctly.

We enjoyed having a large room with a kitchen. The room & hotel were very clean. And having breakfast provided was a nice touch. The staff that stocked & prepared the breakfast bar were very pleasant

The bedroom wasn’t stocked with extra bedding for the pullout couch, we had to request bedding, and the bedding that was provided on the bed wasn’t normal bedding we were given a mattress pad for a blanket & the fitted sheet was so worn out it wouldn’t stay on the bed. We only had 2 towels provided. We are a family of 4.

Can't turn the ac off, the button not working, also my room was book for 124 dollars , after tax is 139 dollars and the employee said that he will charge for 179 dollars n after a few days the amount will change to 139 dollars but no, it was 159 dollars. This make me feel like I can't trust this place no more, I don't want to called n take all that time to fix the problem n get my 20 dollars back cuz I have no time to do that for 20 dollars. But it make me think about it when it come to next time I will rent a hotel again, this will be my consideration. Also I paid for the room but no wifi, I got to sign up for account in order to get free wifi, it not then I have to paid extra for the wifi, which I decided to use my own Wi-Fi, next time I will rental other hotel that with free wifi.
